Host was very prompt in responding to any questions. Property was very comfortable, kids enjoyed the game room in particular. Kitchen was well stocked with condiments and coffee although it would be nice if there was a water filter pitcher instead of having to bottled water. A house manual would be a welcome addition. We enjoyed our stay very much

Ideal location for a secluded and peaceful trip. Excellent amenities and gorgeous surroundings. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

this is truly a bungalow on a farm and it is wonderful. There’s plenty of space in the house for six people to sleep. If you need to fit more, someone could sleep on a couch. There’s a dining room and a living room for everyone to sit and converse. But the best thing is the back patio and the view of the hillside. Because it’s on a Farm, we were able to sit and watch the wildlife every morning and every evening. In the mornings, we would watch the cows and bunnies running around and in the evening we would see more bunnies and deer. Just a wonderful experience and I’m glad my group got it.

Very comfortable and roomy home. Kitchen had all gadgets and widgets imaginable. Super comfy beds. Grounds n surroundings spectacular. Great wife n tv reception. Would love to stay again, for longer

We had an incredible stay at the place. All of the amenities were great condition, actually a mini case is brand new, get everything we needed. It was nice to be away from it all in a lovely place.A bit of advice when traveling here: do not rely on your GPS to find the location. It will take you past the house by about a half a mile. You just need to look for the mailbox with the address along the road. Outside of this very minor issue, we could not be happier.

The property’s landscape and star gazing was top notch. Really beautiful property and we are grateful to have been allowed to stay there. However it was 88 degrees inside the house when we checked in at 6pm and it was difficult and time consuming to get ahold of a human who could do something about it. Saw mouse droppings, spiders and cobwebs in several places. The bottom of the refrigerator interior and the bottom of the freezer drawer in kitchen had gooey stuff and mold. I think this is a beautiful vrbo but it was extremely unfortunate no one from the host team called Evolve nor any of the owners reps checked on the condition before we arrived. I hope in the future someone checks that the interior temperature and cleanliness is good BEFORE the guests arrive. I really wanted to give it five stars but I have to be honest that driving to locations that had cellular service and asking locals for names and numbers of AC repairs places was not how I wanted to spend my time. The listing speaks about and shows pictures of a wood deck with seating right off the sliding glass doors. But when we arrived it had been removed entirely

Perfect for our purposes. Location was great about 25 minutes from the East (best) entrance to Pinnacles and about the same into Hollister. Very comfortable, very clean, strong recommend for anyone coming to the area!

The place was very well stocked with everything we needed. There was everything to do laundry, dishes. There were spices and such to cook. We loved sitting out on the patio in the afternoon and evenings. Google however does not know how to get there so that was the only confusing part, not the hosts fault. Turn at the corner store and go to the address.
