Excellent clean Vrbo with a nice private patio. Great location to the Branson Landing and Main Street. They always checked in by text with us to make sure everything was ok!

Backyard patio was great to relax and good for our small dog. Walking distance to historic downtown and quick drive to the Landing.

Wonderful cozy home with a large backyard that is helpful when traveling with pets and for outdoor games. We enjoyed out stay and had great communication throughout our visit. Location is very close to activities and restaurants. A relaxing getaway!

Awesome location - within walking distance to town. The backyard is a peaceful oasis. Very clean house with a great layout. Highly recommend!

Good

Loved the big backyard for our dog. Enjoyed the big dining table for puzzles and games. The small fireplace made the living area cozy for watching television. Our Thanksgiving was special. Thank you Branson Rents!

The Cozy Rooster is so warm & inviting.

This cottage offers everything to make your stay very enjoyable. It has everything you use at home. It is near downtown & has easy access to all areas in Branson. What makes it so unique is you can walk downtown to shop, dine or have coffee because it is only blocks away. The property is so nice & I was just sorry it was too cold to enjoy the patio & large covered pavilion in the fenced backyard.

The stay was good- the washer did not work- we had to fish out our clothing to wring them out to dry. Our code never worked at the door- so we used a general code. We had to call while trying to access the property to get in. The power went off for an hour due to storms at 3am causing the fire alarm to beep every few mins. When I reached out the fix was to access the property which is not reasonable. We don’t like people having access to our personal items. That’s all that was offered. The house was nice - smaller than i expected but quaint. It was pet friendly and the back yard was great for our dogs.

The remodel was done pretty well. Enough space up to a party of 4. One drawback is there is not any closet space for hanging clothes. And there is some information not on the reservation page which is not known until after the reservation is made or until the initial welcome email or text messages are received. ie - the check in time is 4pm but may be delayed to 6. If I was expecting to be there by 4 I would be upset that I could not get in till 6.

The roost was cozy and perfect for the 6 of us with a fenced in yard. There was a covered porch/deck in the middle of the backyard that we didn’t use m, but would be nice if we were there longer. Upon arrival my personalized code didn’t work, but the host responded immediately to help troubleshoot us getting in within 5 minutes for the whole process. Conveniently located in the heart of Branson but out of the way from major traffic. Would rent here again in the future for any Branson trips. Pullout love seat coach was comfy. And fits two easily.
