This basement apartment was clean and as pictured. We enjoyed our stay for two nights and were able to get in without issue. A few lights down the side path, some washcloths, and perhaps another small table on the other side of the bed would be a nice addition. But overall a very nice stay. Thank you!

Communication regarding check-in and parking was excellent. I really appreciated the separate entrance to the unit, which was very clean and well furnished. The location is great, close to the highway, stores, and restaurants, while also being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to messages and questions as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were pretty much as advertised. The host communicated well. If I had one wish, it would be that there would be a table (other than just a coffee table). Space is limited, but even a folded table would make the experience much better. But otherwise it was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was clean, quite and tidy and we had all the amenities we could hope for and more. Would stay here again.

Upon our arrival at the property, we noticed that both washer and dryer were locked' I texted the host and asked how to unlock appliances? The host replied:"Hi! About the laundry, there was a smoke issue during the previous stay, so we need to have the laundry area checked and fixed before we can offer laundry access again. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding"I texted back:"Thank you for your reply, but you could inform us ahead of time prior to our arrival. We have been traveling and out of the country for the past three weeks. Every other property we stayed at we washed our laundry".The host responded:"Thank you for your message. I completely understand that you have been traveling and may need to do laundry. However, laundry is not included as an amenity in my listing and is not available for one-night reservations. Since it is not part of the reservation, there was nothing additional to notify you about before your arrival. I appreciate your understanding"Please you be a judge for the host two version of dishonest replies and reasoning!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that laundry is not listed as an included amenity and is not available for one-night reservations. Therefore, laundry access was not part of your booking. We initially explained that the machines also required inspection following an issue during a previous stay. Both explanations were accurate, and there was no intention to mislead you. We always aim to communicate honestly and provide a comfortable stay for our guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Where to start.. Cleanliness.. Spotless. Appeal... Comforting. Fresh, like you stepped into a model apartment. Inviting. Very modern. All new appliances. And a washer and dryer!! The couch had plenty of room to stretch out on before bed. Just wonderful.The bed. I don't sleep super well when I'm not home but the bed was so comfortable I slept well ,almost better than when I am home. Great size shower. Great water pressure. Did I mention CLEAN!!!! There is so much to do within about 30 minutes of Milton. We came in for a concert. 30ish minute drive from Milton to the RBC amphitheater. 30ish minutes to Canada wonderland. 30 ish minutes to st Lawrence market which is also just 10 minutes away from China Town. But don't overlook Milton...We found a wonderful summer street fair. Great food. Super friendly people. So fun. Great food... Highly Suggest hitting up Shawarma Alley and getting the Supreme Alley shawarma . Amazing!!!!!!! Great restaurants all around. didn't get to try them all but will be back.The hosts...How many times can you say amazing in one review? Excellent communication. Quick response. So friendly and helpfulHighly highly recommend. Loved the apartment and the area. Already planning out next trip!!!!Thank you!!!!!!
