Everything was clean. Plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils. Everything worked perfectly. The house had plenty of room for everyone! Great stay!We were there for our annual spring break ski trip. Location was great! Suggest pay to park by peak 8.

Cobb Vista very nice property.

Great for entire family to eat together. Great to have separate areas where individuals could “escape” to for private time. Kitchen very well stocked. All appliances worked well. Very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This property location is ideal for someone who wants the privacy and beauty being in the mountains and the convenience of being just 10-15 minutes from Main Street. Gorgeous home with amazing views.

Thanks Jennifer! We feel our location is ideal. Peak 7 and 8 are 1 1/2 miles away and Main Street 3 miles. Yet we have 180 degree views on a quiet cul-de-sac! We hope you will stay with us again!

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay! The amenities at this home were amazing. The home had every imaginable appliance and convenience. And the setting was absolutely stunning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect Family Reunion

This was the perfect location for a family reunion with kids and adults of all ages! The house was laid out so that each family could have their private space while also allowing us to gather in the main room to re-connect. From a family that lives all over the US with varying needs and expectations this house really had it all. Thanks for making our time together so special

Thanks Casey! Our place really is ideal for large groups with the multiple levels and living areas! Wedding parties, family reunions or just big groups coming to ski in winter or hike in summer can be together but spread out enough to keep everyone happy!

Is the first circle the highest or lowest score?

We have been having family gatherings for 18 years and this year the comments as to our stay at Peak U was that the house was just about the best we have ever had. We had room for 15 mature adults and the kitchen-dining area was outstanding for our group. Cleanest place we have encountered in 18 years.

Wonderful Home

My five friends from Minnesota came for a long week end and we stayed at Cobb Vista. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space yet comfortable when we got together to chat as we did most of the time. The home is comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen is very nicely equipped. The bedrooms were very nice. We highly recommend staying with this family. They are very nice as is the resident manager for them.

Must stay- we will be back

This property was perfect for our large crew! We had 5 families, 6 kids under the age of 4, and this house exceeded expectations. It was so spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. If you are there to ski it is a short drive to the base of peak 7 & 8. Bonus points we saw moose at the end of our street. I would highly recommend this house!

Fantastic home in Breckenridge

My girlfriends gathered at Cobb Vista for a long ladies weekend. The house was perfect for our group. There were between 7 and 10 of us each night and we had plenty of room. The privacy of the apartment was great. Amy was great to work with and Andrea, the on site manager, always responded to any questions we had for her. I would definitely stay there again. It was just a short 10 minute drive to Breckenridge where there are many restaurants and lots of great shopping. Be sure to check out Blue River Bistro for happy hour.

A nice, clean place to stay in Breckenridge.

Overall, the home was a nice, clean, well-kept rental property, with all the amenities you would want in a vacation ski home. The heated driveway is an exceptional feature! Communication with the owner and property manager was convenient, easy, and unimposing. Andrea was a friendly and helpful! The master bathroom jacuzzi tub didn't work, but not enough of an issue to make it a 4 star experience. It's also possible I missed this somewhere in the messages back and forth. Overall, a good value for the price. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and comfy furniture! If the opportunity arises, we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a beautiful wooded area with great views. The hot tub was very enjoyable. The place is spacious and there was enough privacy for four families. The dining room table was amazing as there was room for all of us. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the place- mostly dust and the animal hair- maybe a cat based on how my daughter reacted with her allergies. The jet tub in the master bath had that animal hair in it. We had two one-year olds who were crawling so we probably noticed the hair and dust more than most families would. The property manager was very nice but we were surprised when she showed up to check the hot tub and water plants. All good and well intended- we just didn’t expect it. We did know she would be coming to get the garbage. Overall a nice stay and a great place if you are looking for a lot of room for multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking there was easy.

Nice, big house with a great view

Our family of ten people (ages 8-80) stayed at Cobb Vista for a week while enjoying Summit County at the end of July. It was a nice, big house that met our needs. We all slept comfortably, were able to sit around the large table for meals (and to play games), had quiet places for retreat when needed, and the view off the back deck was beautiful. The hot tub was another nice feature, along with the large washer and dryer. The kitchen had virtually everything we needed as well. The photos in the listing are accurate - there were no surprises onsite. Amy was always responsive and so was the property manager, Andrea, who lives two doors down. I would recommend!

Great house and location

For a big group this is a lovely home. Enough space to spread out with some chill out space to “hide” if you need too. This was a great house for our short stay in Break.

Wonderful stay

This property was fantastic. Great communication with owner and property manager. A great space where our big group could spread out but also a large dining table for us to all eat together. Well thought out home for a large groups.

Great spot, huge house, great kitchen amenities.

More than enough of everything (space, plates, etc) to host a large group. I think we counted 6+ coffee makers in the house! The heated driveway and the garage were crucial for us to get on the slopes early even after 8 inches of fresh snow.

New Years family ski vacation

We had the pleasure of staying in breckenridge at Cobb vista for the first time over the holidays and WOW! Did this far exceed our expectations. Starting off with easy and quick communication from Amy answering any questions prior to arrival and always making feel relaxed and excited for our trip. We had some family hiccups (due to COVID) and wound up with a total of 4 different families with us through out our stay, varying in ages as young as 5 years old to teens, up to adults and some there for just a few nights. Everyone had EVERYTHING they could have possibly needed and more. We have been to Colorado numerous times on vacation with our family but this is the first time we invited more family and rented such a large property. On site you have a property manager to assist you with anything that comes up during your stay and she is super helpful if looking for some recommendations on places to go in Breck as well, even where to park ! The house is HUGE. 3 levels and plenty of room to spread out so everyone feels like they have their own space. The kids loved it!!! We cooked in every single night except our last and totally utilized the kitchen for our New Year’s Eve dinner. The dining room table stays on theme with this house it is also massive! Highly recommend stocking up on groceries and staying in at night to cook and use the hot tub and enjoy the house. Location was awesome just a quick drive to the gondola or into town. This house also has unexpected perks like an extra dishwasher, yes that’s right- not one, but two! An extra dryer for those damp ski clothes. Extra bedding, 2 extra kitchenettes downstairs and upstairs in the master … oh did I mention heated floors on the main level ??? Everything here was well thought out and you feel well taken care of during your stay. Can’t say enough good things!!! Thank you amy and Andrea !!!

Amazing house at the top of Peak 7

My family came to Breckenridge for a family reunion at the end of July. This house was prefect for us as we had family travelling in from all over the US. The size of the main living area and kitchen was more than adequate for all our family to spend time together for meals, games, and visiting. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, cutlery and made it very easy to prepare meals. The number and size of rooms was wonderful and allowed everyone in our family to have a bed to sleep in. Overall, this was a fantastic house and was exactly as advertised. The owner was very quick in responding to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we head back to Breckenridge.
