Very convenient location for our family reunion. You can walk down to the ocean across the street. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of room for our family of six adults. Clean, spacious, lovely back yard.

We could’ve stayed at this property for our entire trip! The house was so nice and so well appointed for our group of seven (4 adults and 3 children) that we were sad to have to leave! Marius takes excellent care of his property and it was spotless and spacious with everything we could’ve wanted. Property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the towns amenities and restaurants as well as the beach. I definitely recommend this property for your stay when you’re looking in this area.!

The property was very spaciou, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed, Probably one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever rented!The backyard and deck are also very spacious for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful fall colors in the yard. The host was very flexible and accomodating when we arrived slightly earlier than the check in time.Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay and we would certainly consider returning to this rental and recommending it to others. The location is also ideal offering a variety of activities within its proximity.Communication with our host was excellent and very timely.Debbie G

Our stay was fine. Lots of room. Comfortable. Stayed over Christmas there was even a Christmas tree.

I had a family of seven and this one night stay was exactly what we needed in route to taking off for a cruise out of Vancouver. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was definitely big enough for all of our family to have our own areas but still still gather back together for meals and relax together in one area. Marius was great and very responsive to communication. The house itself was in a great neighborhood and we felt safe the entire time. Visiting from out of the country , you are never sure what things will be like but the Character House delivered in all areas and we were thankful for this wonderful place to stay.

The property is spacious, clean and well stocked, with a large garden. The owners live in the other half of the duplex. A small pebble beach is very close by with a great view of the bay. We had a very pleasant overnight stay before taking the ferry .

The short term rental in British Columbia is required by law to have owners living on the property, consequently all legal rentals have owners on site. The property is however very large and the duplex arrangement is not over reaching.
