Privately tucked among the gums, this two-storey, pet-friendly guesthouse is designed with comfort in mind. Entry via the upper level leads into a bright, open-plan living area filled with soft natural light and bushland views. A cushioned sofa, armchairs and textured throws create a warm, restful atmosphere. Step out onto the private balcony, set with a café-style table for two, and enjoy slow moments surrounded by birdsong and trees.

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, with all the familiar touches of home—full-size oven and gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The adjacent dining table for four is perfect for shared meals with friends. After meals, step out to the front courtyard for fresh air and quiet moments beneath the native trees.

Downstairs, the bedroom features a king-size bed layered in crisp linen, soft pillows, and plenty of natural light by day, with a blackout blind for uninterrupted rest. The ensuite is stocked with complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience. A tucked-away laundry with a washer, drying rack, iron, and hangers ensures longer stays feel just as smooth.

Two private parking spots are located right out front. Climate comfort is thoughtfully considered, with split-system reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in the living area, and a gas heater in the bedroom for cosy nights in. Please note that the guesthouse is located at the base of the driveway, while the host lives separately in a brick home at the top. There are no shared spaces, so privacy is assured throughout your stay.
