Thank you for choosing to stay at one of Payten Streets Properties - Brand new 1 bedroom unit, right on the doorstep of Civic Theatre so you can see your favourite show hassle free. Ideal for a couple’s getaway with plenty of restaurants, cafes & bars within walking distance:
- 100m to Civic Theatre
- 2.5km to Nobbys Beach
- 1.5km to Darby st
Sleeps 2 with 1 Queen Bed, car space, large veranda perfect for outdoor dining and Wi-Fi.

The Space:
The apartment has a warm, but industrial vibe. Everything is brand new, with all top quality finishes. The main bedroom is cosy that will catch the morning sunrise to the east.
Guest Access:
Entire apartment and garage area
Getting Around:
Parking is provided with one car space allocated. On street parking is limited and metered.
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is strata titled. Although we want all our guests to have a good time, we dont want to be dealing with parties or anything that would be a disturbance to other residents in the building.
Interaction with Guests:
The unit is self check in and we are available by phone if required, we do not live locally. We are one of those families that travel around in our van which is why we can offer up our beautiful homes to guests, it does mean that we are not always available on our phones straight away but we will get back to you ASAP.
