The bedroom “La Bambouseraie” with a 160 cm bed, then the bedroom “Campagne” with a 90 cm bed and a 140 cm bed and the bedroom “Terra Cotta” with a 140 cm bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom/shower room and separate toilet. Laundry room with a washing machine and an extra fridge-freezer. A large, fenced-in space (1000 m²) offers the opportunity to enjoy meals on the terrace (plancha) in a relaxing cocoon, without overlooking the surroundings. Parking for up to three vehicles is available.

The "Les Mésanges" gîte is ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, close to Sarlat and between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. You can explore must-see tourist attractions such as La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Les Milandes, as well as Lascaux IV and the troglodyte city of La Madeleine, among others, and participate in local activities (markets, festivals) and cultural events (music and dance festivals, theater). This comfortable house, recently equipped and in excellent condition, is located in a quiet, wooded, and unoverlooked countryside setting. You can enjoy the large outdoor space to relax or have fun with garden games for the whole family (swing, pétanque, molkky, etc.) shared with the neighboring cottage. In the village of Proissans, you will find small shops, a bakery, a butcher, and a crêperie, as well as a playground and a tennis court. Baby equipment: crib, high chair, and bathtub.
