Exceptionally renovated Ocean front 3 bedroom townhouse in the desirable Station One Complex is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the idyllic coastal town of Wrightsville Beach. There are serene ocean views from the living room, porch and master suite of this tastefully updated property. Garage, outdoor shower, washer and dryer and ample deck space are bonuses. For the 2021 rental season, the unit will also feature upgraded furniture and decor, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Property will be stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags upon guest arrival. In addition, the Station One complex features a large pool and tennis for residents and guests. Monthly rates available only during the off season: November thru March.

Very roomy, clean, and close to everything!We could hear the waves loud and clear.Having Keurig and coffee pot was a plus.Easy checking in and out.Storage under the deck was handy.Loved our stay on this beautiful beach!

2nd visit just as good as the first

We have stayed at Station One condos a half dozen times while visiting our UNCW student, twice in this townhouse unit. We find the central location on the island appealing - right on the beach, walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Great stay.

Spring break

We had the best week! The location is perfect and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Beach access is so easy. Great views of the ocean. Spacious condo for a family! We would to rent again.

Great location in Wrightsville

Lovely townhouse in the Station One condo complex. Nicely furnished, well equipped and fantastic views from the ocean front deck. Enjoyed our stay with family - we'll definitely be back.

Great place for a business getaway

The unit was extremely comfortable to work all day with my business colleagues at the dining room table. We were able to get a lot accomplished while enjoying "at home" like accommodations. Additionally, the location was superb! We were so close to so many fabulous restaurants. The choices were abundant. We definately will be back for our annual business getaway.

Heavenly beach week plus

We stayed at the property for eleven days and had a wonderful time. Communication with Virginia was easy and she answered all of our questions quickly. The location of the property is the best in Wrightsville Beach with so many restaurants and drinking establishments within a short walk. This is OUR favorite place to stay!

Wonderful base for graduation celebrations

Lovely property with wonderful ocean views and convenient location. The balcony was perfect for celebrating our new UNCW graduate and relaxing with gentle sea breezes. Thanks for some very special family memories.

Many issues, not a great extended stay

This was the most challenging stay we have ever had, as there were many issues with this unit. Basically, it felt like the unit was not well kept or ready for our extended stay. The property manager was prompt in communication and tried to be helpful but the issues continued to arise throughout our time. The views, location, and area are great but sadly we would not stay at this property again.

My husband and I, along with our teenage boys, had an incredible week staying at this house. The property manager was very responsive, even leading up to the week we started our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked, and just steps away from all of the conveniences. This is one of the best properties we have ever vacationed at. Highly recommend!

views of ocean are beautiful. property is in middle of island and accessible to restaurants. Super space in this property. Would be nice to have seating on the deck that dries quickly.

Great townhome!

We had a great long weekend in Wrightsville Beach. The property is walking distance to all shops and restaurants. It was so nice to not worry about parking. Facilities were great and house was clean. We could have used a little more direction on finding things (outdoor shower, beach chairs), but otherwise it was a perfect stay. Thanks!

Stunning location, very comfortable and well appointed condo

Our 3- generation family of 7 fit very nicely into this spacious, comfortable condo. The ocean view was spectacular and access to the beach was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals. The deck was a favorite hangout, especially on windy days. Having beach chairs and a wagon for transporting all our stuff made visits to the beach much easier. There were a couple of glitches when we arrived, but the property manager was VERY responsive and we were good to go for the rest of our stay. We would certainly return!

Review

Inside of property was not like the pictures. Unit was beat up - stains on carpet, dirty/stained comforters. Could have been cleaner. Had to contact Property manager as freezer, oven were dirty. Bathroom rugs were filthy. Garage laundry area was also a mess.
