Ocean front townhouse in the heart of Wrightsville Beach

Exceptionally renovated Ocean front 3 bedroom townhouse in the desirable Station One Complex is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the idyllic coastal town of Wrightsville Beach. There are serene ocean views from the living room, porch and master suite of this tastefully updated property. Garage, outdoor shower, washer and dryer and ample deck space are bonuses. For the 2021 rental season, the unit will also feature upgraded furniture and decor, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Property will be stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags upon guest arrival. In addition, the Station One complex features a large pool and tennis for residents and guests. Monthly rates available only during the off season: November thru March.

Spring break

We had the best week! The location is perfect and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Beach access is so easy. Great views of the ocean. Spacious condo for a family! We would to rent again.

2nd visit just as good as the first

We have stayed at Station One condos a half dozen times while visiting our UNCW student, twice in this townhouse unit. We find the central location on the island appealing - right on the beach, walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Great stay.

Many issues, not a great extended stay

This was the most challenging stay we have ever had, as there were many issues with this unit. Basically, it felt like the unit was not well kept or ready for our extended stay. The property manager was prompt in communication and tried to be helpful but the issues continued to arise throughout our time. The views, location, and area are great but sadly we would not stay at this property again.

Great place for a business getaway

The unit was extremely comfortable to work all day with my business colleagues at the dining room table. We were able to get a lot accomplished while enjoying "at home" like accommodations. Additionally, the location was superb! We were so close to so many fabulous restaurants. The choices were abundant. We definately will be back for our annual business getaway.

Stunning location, very comfortable and well appointed condo

Our 3- generation family of 7 fit very nicely into this spacious, comfortable condo. The ocean view was spectacular and access to the beach was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals. The deck was a favorite hangout, especially on windy days. Having beach chairs and a wagon for transporting all our stuff made visits to the beach much easier. There were a couple of glitches when we arrived, but the property manager was VERY responsive and we were good to go for the rest of our stay. We would certainly return!

Lovely townhouse in the Station One condo complex. Nicely furnished, well equipped and fantastic views from the ocean front deck. Enjoyed our stay with family - we'll definitely be back.

Heavenly beach week plus

We stayed at the property for eleven days and had a wonderful time. Communication with Virginia was easy and she answered all of our questions quickly. The location of the property is the best in Wrightsville Beach with so many restaurants and drinking establishments within a short walk. This is OUR favorite place to stay!
