Welcome to Burnin' Daylight!

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths! It has 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 full size beds, 1 queen, and a sleeper sofa. It also boasts a fantastic sunroom, plentiful parking, and waterfront lake access!
This home is also situated directly next to the neighborhood common area! Walk only a few steps to a private neighborhood sand beach, volleyball net, shaded gazebos, and a boat launch!!!
Or take a relaxing trip in one of the kayaks at the boat house. Life jackets provided!
Have a boat? Wanna rent one while you're here? Let us know so and we'll reserve the lift at our boathouse for your convenience!
If it rains, pull up a seat in front of one of the 5 TVs and watch a movie or binge a favorite show! There are also cards, board games, and Foosball if that's more your style. Or, for the brave, try to solve one of the murder mysteries in the game cabinet!
Bring some wood for the fire pit and roast up some marshmallows on the extendable sticks in the kitchen! There's even safety sticks for the wee ones!
We also welcome canine guests!

Fun little house for a weekend at the lake with family. Loved being on the water. Great communication from host. Would stay again!

The location of the property is great. The house is comfortable and there was plenty of room. My only issue was the cleanliness. I think they would be better off getting a different cleaning crew. The outside of the property was in rough shape. Cobwebs on all doors and windows. Grass was cut but the cut grass was on all sidewalks and porch. We spent more than an hour cleaning off the deck so we could spend time out there. The blackstone grill was great although it needed a good cleaning. The view from the dock was spectacular. Would rent there again. But check on your cleaning crew. You aren’t getting your moneys worth

We had a really amazing time here over Labor Day weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of room, and the yard was perfect for the dogs! The overall cleanliness of the house could be improved, but that didn’t take away from spending time with family in a beautiful location!

Loved the views of the lake from the house! The house had everything, including a place for us to keep our boat. Easy access from the house directly to the lake.

Perfect Little Lake House

My husband and I met our son, daughter in law and grand pups for a week of boating, fishing and relaxing. This was a perfect place to do just that! This house was perfectly located on the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Great outdoor space

We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed all of the amenities that the house offered: the dock, the fire pit, and all of the water toys! The house was accommodating for our family/friends, but could use a little extra TLC in cleanliness. The host was very responsive and even helped us to organize a pontoon rental.

Very Nice area great lake

Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful Bachelorette Party Getaway

We booked this rental for a bachelorette party for a friend of mine as a place for all of us to stay before going to the Renaissance Faire. The house was wonderful and cozy with plenty of games to keep everybody entertained and of course the lake access with the option to kayak or just hang out and swim was the icing on the cake.

Cute House

Very cute house and a perfect location. We had 4 adults and a 4 year old and this house was perfect for us! The kayaks that were available were enjoyed! The owner is very fast with responses when messaged. Would definitely stay at this house in the future.
