I liked the property for its central location, price and good description. For 1 person it was a great living quarters in a convenient location. I appreciate the good communication with the owner. A minor suggestion, would be some cream for coffee. Everything else was very good. I enjoyed my stay here.

Super cute, well thought out/well built tiny home inspired space

My 17yr old son and i stayed here for 2 nights. We loved the town, loved the space....overall 5 stars all around!

Very clean!

The property was just as advertised! Cozy and very clean with good proximity to the falls. Check-in and communication were extremely easy.

3 day stay

The place was very clean, well designed and well situated. Comfortable sleep. The apartment is located in a full house so we can hear the other tenants.

2 weeks in Welland

I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks while working in Welland, with my husband joining me for part of the time. We'd stayed there before and were happy to come back. It's small but comfy and well-equipped. It's very close to the Welland Canal path and I enjoyed biking along it each day to and from work. Recommended for a couple or single person.

The unit is small but great for a couple , very clean … quiet neighborhood about 20 min ride to the falls ….

Bungalow by the River

Easy parking. Easy key pad entry. Nice area with shady walking trails by the river. 2 large smart TV's. Perfect.

Everything was as promised. No mis-leads. I was new to VRBO and worried about the last-minute communication but all the details came through exactly when they said they would, and it was all very clear and simple. Rude neighbor and infested

It was a super cute vrbo except for the rude neighbor that was blaring his music at 11:30pm. I had to call the owner and he acted on it asap. If you want a quiet evening, it maybe the wrong place. Also, we killed about 20 spiders. so with the thought of sleeping with spiders and the inconsiderate neighbor it was a disappointment. Hope this gets resolved because it was a nice neighborhood and cute vrbo.

Checkin easy with door code. Shower temperature and pressure good. Shower leaked and tiles coming off wall (advised owner).Kitchen and BBQ missing essentials and they were delivered next day.Patio was very overgrown with weeds and grass and zero serviceable patio furniture as the two plastic chairs were quite broken and filthy. They brought one zero-gravity chair next day so I could sit out mornings and evenings.Good AC and master bed comfortable.Only practical for two persons in same bed as couch very hard/solid and bedding does not fit. My son found it very hard to get to sleep due to hardness.Other tenants car sometimes blocked door.Enough closet space in bedroom. Recommend for a couple with rental car for Niagara region if shower fixed and patio cleaned up.Good location for use to visit the Niagara region.

Excellent!

Studio apartment is in a quiet area, very comfortable, owners were excellent to work with. Neighbours were very friendly. Trails right by the home for guests. Plenty of parking, near the touristy areas, but you can relax in peace after exploring the area.
