For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Elizabeth Bay is known for its leafy streets, elegant Art Deco buildings, and relaxed harbourfront charm. It’s a safe, walkable, community-oriented suburb tucked between Potts Point and Rushcutters Bay, giving guests access to both quiet parks and lively urban hotspots.

Rushcutters Bay Park – a short stroll to waterfront walking paths, sailing clubs, and open green space

Potts Point dining scene – excellent cafés, bistros, and wine bars just minutes away

Public Transport

Kings Cross Station is about a 7–10 minute walk, offering fast train access to the CBD, Circular Quay, and Bondi Junction.

Several bus routes run along Macleay Street and Elizabeth Bay Road with direct links to the city, beaches, and neighbouring suburbs.



Walking

Most essentials—cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, parks—are within a few minutes’ walk.

Rushcutters Bay and the harbour foreshore are perfect for scenic strolls or morning jogs.



Rideshare & Taxis

Uber, DiDi and taxis are widely available and arrive quickly in this area.

Trips to the CBD usually take around 5–10 minutes depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
