This is a stunning executive family home located in beautiful Kelvin Heights. The property has all day sun and uninterrupted lake and mountain views and is a short walk along the lake front to the Hilton Hotel and Spa. A private hot tub at the end of the day is the perfect way to top of your stay after a day’s skiing, golfing, biking or hiking.
Ideal for a family holiday with 4 spacious bedrooms (master with ensuite) plus large family bathroom and separate laundry. The living is downstairs and has a beautiful sunny patio and open plan living with separate lounge and wood fireplace.
Central heating and cooling make this property a luxury comfortable stay all year round.
Sleeps a total of 8 in 3 double rooms and a split king that can be a double or twins.

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood that has council noise restrictions in place (for example you can't use the spa pool after 10pm)
A car is best to access the property and surrounding area.
You can purchase a BEE bus card from the local depot in town for $2 bus fares around the district.
It is also worth noting that most activities will provide transport from in town or local pick up points along Frankton Road or the major hotels (Hilton is a 10 minute walk)
