Large windows, timber floors and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area create a lovely sense of space, while the 2 undercover outdoor entertaining areas mean you can enjoy alfresco dining and coastal living all year round. Fire up the BBQ, relax on the lounge with a book, or gather around the fire pit in the large north-facing garden.
Other features include split system heating and air-conditioning throughout and in all bedrooms, the master bedroom (with ensuite) opens onto the rear deck offering a peaceful outlook and relaxing spot to unwind, there's also 2 Smart TVs with Netflix to enjoy, and plenty of onsite parking for 4 cars, a small boat or jet ski.
From this great location guests can walk to the beach and bay trail (a scenic walking and bike track along the beachfront), it's close to boat ramps, Martha Cove marina and shops, Provincia cafe, Dromana shops, wineries and golf courses. Whether you're planning a relaxed family holiday, a seaside escape with friends, or a weekend of sun, surf, and good food, this beach house has everything you need for the perfect getaway!

BED 2: 1 x Tri Bunk Bed (double on bottom, single on top) plus Trundle (if trundle required, please request at time of booking)
