To relax and refresh yourself, the indispensable swimming pool, a 3.20m*5.20m and 1.40m deep pool. The area is fenced with a gate that meets the standards for the youngest children.
Near the pool is a covered terrace which has been converted into a summer kitchen. The whole area overlooks the garden and offers a beautiful panorama.
Adjacent to the terrace, an independent bedroom with its own shower room opens onto the courtyard.

The living room with fireplace extends into the terrace through a French window, a welcoming garden lounge. A few steps away is a table in the shade of a beautiful tree for lunches and dinners in the garden. The barbecue is in place nearby.

Bedroom 1 is south facing, bright, with a 160cm bed and cupboard.
