With the pool and the beach just steps from the villa, prepare for a relaxing vacation for a family or various couples vacationing together. Enjoy four bedrooms two with full size beds two with queen size beds and walk-in glass showers. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the two bedrooms upstairs have their own private bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a TV cable and internet is provided. The pool and BBQ area is located within steps to the villa. Stay here!

We follow strict protocol and allow 24 hours in between guests. The tours we offer are all private and strictly just for your family/friends in the household. We do not offer group tours. Our guides are under strict guidelines and make sure the van is cleaned properly to allow you to have a wonderful tour. We value you as our Garrett Group Guest with all seriousness! This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is located near the beach of Playa Ocotal! Stunning and easy location to walk to the beach. You are a 10 golf cart to Playas del Coco. The rental includes access to Coco Bay Tennis/pickle ball, pool and gym.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The Ocotal beach is great for snorkeling, swimming, fishing and more....the private gated entrance community has a nice relaxing pool as well. It also includes two beach clubs and one with a gym and tennis courts. We offer a mid-vacation cleaning if you stay with us for 7 or more days. However, we know that during this time of Covid, it may not work and we understand. We will do what is best for you!
