My husband and I moved here from the Seattle area in 2003, had this home built and are the original owners. We loved living in Arizona! Sadly, he passed away in 2015. I retired in 2019 after having worked from home for a national organization since moving here in 2003. I have thoroughly enjoyed the home, but now am living in another nearby property and am able to share this great house with you! Originally from Northern Minnesota, I have lived a number of locations throughout the country, but love Goodyear Arizona the most. 🌞

At the time the home was built in 2003, the West Valley was booming and construction was taking place everywhere. We carefully surveyed the area since we were moving from out of state, and loved this location due to its close proximity to the I-10 Interstate, and since I traveled a lot for work, being a half hour from the airport has been great. Goodyear has an extremely low crime rate and a small town feel. There are also LOTS of new restaurants and entertainment options, including a recreation campus and Cincinatti & Cleveland baseball facilities within walking distance.

This great property is covered by Short-Term Rental License No. STR0000239 with the City of Goodyear and is in full compliance of city regulations. Having a separate living room and family room, as well as a den with dedicated work space, makes multiple people sharing the home a breeze - everyone can have their own space for activities. The large patio with a large table providing seating for 6, along with additional seating options, makes outdoor meals a treat! The pool adds just what you may be looking for, whether you choose to heat it and swim on a daily basis, or just use the spa on the beautiful starry evenings. The master bedroom with its own bath is completely separate from the other bedrooms which adds another dimension of space and privacy. Perfect for several couples sharing space or for families.
