We loved this house, perfect size for our family and the pool was a HUGE hit. It’s small but the backyard is so fun! The only complaint was the construction all around us but I know that’s not the owners fault and once the houses around are finished won’t be an issue.

Carlton landing is an amazing area, it has everything you need in the little town. This house was a major hit and we loved the pool! We want to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the pool. It was so nice having it right there. The layout of the home is perfect and everything was clean and location was great!

The pool was really nice as it was hot and the community pool was very crowded. House had everything we needed and the Air Fryer was a huge win.

If the house were on an island in 2026, I'd give it 4.5/5 stars..

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: However. This house is currently surrounded by major construction in every direction. During the week, there is heavy machinery and crews working to the immediate left, the immediate right and in front of this home. The alley that is supposed to be used for parking is dirt, and often blocked by machinery. It is loud all day long. On the weekends, while the machinery stops for the most part, there were still crews in the construction to the immediate left and the immediate right. Further, there are 2 bathrooms for 10 people in this house, and there are several things not quite done-outlets that don't work, wiring sticking out of the doorframe at the front of the house, and artwork missing, though the hardware is there. Because the crews next door have a straight shot view into the primary bathroom, a pillow was being used to block the view because there is no shade. If you plan on being out of the house all day and only sleeping there, it is a fine property to rent. But if you, like I, planned on using the amenities at the house for a weekend you paid $2800 rental fee for, that will not be comfortable until the surrounding construction is complete.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a street blocked by construction. There were new builds on both sides of the house and the front. Management company should have never rented this out to us. Couldn’t go sit out front or back in the mornings with our coffee. Noise began early am all day until 6. We had to hang a towel in master bath so workers could not see us shower. Mgmt did come and hang blinds and did offer a refund of one night which was nice but would have rather them move us to a place with no construction as there were plenty available. Cute town. Do not stay on Hill street they have just begun clearing the land.
