Gorgeous location and home

The property lived up to every expectation- beach access and view was stunning, patio well equipped and comfortable, hot tub was a treat. Waking up in bed to the sight of the waves was amazing. Beds - loft room was huge and extremely comfortable, back room was a bit soft for me but also very comfortable. Super clean house, well equipped kitchen.

Peaceful beach cottage

Lovely oceanfront beach cottage townhome. Cottage was very clean, comfortable beds and couch, beautiful ocean view, short walk to amazing restaurants.

Sunrises and coffee

Every morning we were up before sunrise and sat on the patio and watched the sunrise while listening to the waves on the beach. Unit was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The patio exceeded expectations and spent hours just relaxing. Location was convenient for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience. Great Location.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience! The property is great and on the beach. It’s also close to many amenities. The owner was accessible and very accommodating. Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful place to stay

Clean and very nice play to stay. Remotely retractable blinds to keep the morning sun out if you want to sleep in or wake to the morning sun and incredible beach view. Excellent quiet location on a clean beach but still close to surf shops and dining. The coconut tree on the back patio made for some awesome photos. The ocean waves here were great for boogie boarding and keeping the kids entertained. All around recommend staying here.

Great Vacation

The proximity to the beach and being far away from large hotels made it feel like we had our own little private spot on the beach. Carol was very communicative and helpful. The hot tub had some issues and she made sure it was repaired and were able to enjoy it for at least part of our stay. The house felt homey and clean.

My mother and I had a wonderful time at this property. The views were spectactular, very close to grocery stores, and it was a treat to soak in the hottub after a long day on the beach and then snooze away in the very comfortable beds. The only thing a little tricky was the TV. I would recommend bringing a firestick. Overall 9/10

Simply perfect!

We loved everything about this property. The pictures seemed too good to be true when I first saw the listing but it was exactly as depicted if not better. My husband and I and our 8 and 10 year old boys couldn’t have spent a more relaxing yet fun week and we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful beach townhouse

This is really an ideal location for a family. It is right on the beach and walkable to the boardwalk and several shops. Despite being centrally located, the beach still feels quiet as you are in a more residential area. The townhouse itself is lovely with a loft bedroom that looks out at the ocean. It has a comfortable deck where we hosted dinners and has a hot tub for relaxing. My family loves the place and hopes to return.

Beach Paradise!

We had a lovely stay at the Oceanfront Sea Cottage. The condo was comfortable, clean and the views of the ocean amazing! We loved being right on the ocean and went several times a day for our vacation! It was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything exceeded our expectations. We reccomend this property and will be back.

Paradise

A little slice of heaven on earth. Private beach with beautiful ocean views without all the crazy. My husband and I call this place our home away from home, been visiting for over 10 years. Carol is such a wonderful host and makes everything so very special.

Just a few steps away from the Atlantic

My Wife and I enjoyed our stay, particularly relaxing on the patio watching the waves. The Indialantic area is a great place to stay with great places to eat (like around the world cafe), so close by. Carol Ann was kind to us during our visit and enjoyed seeing our Tiki man seagrass hair project. Donated some extra beer to the nice neighbor lady as a parting gift as we finished our visit. Very nice place to stay right on the beach folks.

A week in an awesome place

We have stayed in this condo before and have not seen it available when we wanted to book until recently! One day it appeared in my search and I immediately recognized it and snatched it up! We very much enjoyed the beauty of the location, the closeness to things to do and the con do itself. I hope to book it again!

Beach beauty

Very nice property about as close to the beach as you can get. Unfortunately during our stay weather didn’t cooperate for the beach although our dog loved the beach walks. Property is very clean and well maintained. Carol, property mgr/owner is excellent and was very helpful. Location is very handy to many excellent restaurants and Olde Melbourne although traffic can sometimes be a challenge.

Beautiful view 🏝️

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels all provided for going to the beach so that was an added bonus. The view was amazing. Watching the sunrise 🌅 each morning while having my coffee on the patio was so peaceful. Carol was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you for the memories.

Exceptional View

The view from this townhouse is exceptional! The patio with its own palm tree provides the most beautiful place to enjoy the view of the turquoise water! Being able to walk from the house to the beach was perfect. The house itself is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and roomy shower. Liked being able to wash clothes before packing up. Hated to leave!

Relaxing beach vacation

My wife and I wanted to have a nice, relaxing stay at the beach and we were not disappointed. This townhouse is comfortable and is a perfect size. It has a wonderful patio and a beautiful coconut tree that is directly on the beach and steps away from the ocean. The hot tub also has an unobstructed view of the beach. There’s a great pizza place, ice cream and coffee shop 1/2 mile up the beach. We also frequented a great beach bar that’s 3/4 mile up the beach. We enjoyed other local restaurants and shopping in historic Melbourne. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Best location and layout

This place was right on the beach which was warm enough to swim in and had very few people. The patio was perfect for watching beautiful sunrises and grilling and even sitting under the palm tree and reading. The condo was located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants and groceries and was in a nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Carol was excellent with communication and went out of her way to help us when needed. We have only great things to say about Carol’s place.

THE VIEW!!!!

The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated, and the view from the patio was amazing. If we weren't walking on the beach or biking, we were on the patio. I love the area that the townhouse is located because it's quiet and peaceful, but at the same time it's close to restaurants and even a Publix. We saw many turtle tracks on our morning walks and had a couple turtle sightings in the evenings. We had a great vacation here and would highly recommend this townhouse.
