Great property, super clean, very very well situated near marché Jean-Talon, lots of cafes, restaurants and playgrounds for those with children. I also really appreciated the fragrance free bedding and towels as a person who doesn't like fragrance. Host was super responsive and had some great recommendations of local restaurants and cafes. Would definitely definitely stay there again when I'm in Montréal!

The location was perfect as it was very near where a family member lives, but also so many wonderful establishments are also nearby. The host was helpful with providing needed supplies when we ran out. Easy check-in and check-out!

This property is very close to the Jean Talon Market, close to the Metro withl lots of dining options and was even close to the WTA tennis event at Jarry Park.

Extremely clean and spacious (more spacious than expected, actually); great location near Michelin caliber restaurants, Jean Talon Market, and close to multiple bus routes to easily connect to the Metro system; comfortable beds and pillows; well stocked kitchen; washer and dryer were handy and appreciated the host even providing some laundry detergent, too; HVAC system worked great; very prompt responses and easy communication with property management team. Would suggest a making available an anti-slip shower mat or grip tape in shower/tub for guest safety.

Great place and great location

Property was exactly as advertised and the location was amazing with lots of great restaurants. Louis responded quickly to any of my messages and made our stay easy. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Montreal

Excellent rental! Would highly recommend. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious and as described. We had very quick responses to any inquiries. The location is wonderful with lots to do within walking distance.

Great modern cozy apartment

From the moment your reservation is confirmed they will reach out to you with instructions and make sure the process is as smooth as possible. Upon arrival everything was clean, fresh linen and towels. Need were very comfortable and made hotel style 😎 Great experience all together.

The description of the property matches what you get. Lots of dining options nearby and Little Italy is a great spot. I would mention that the parking and entrance is actually on the back of the building. Otherwise a great experience

Parking Pass!

An issue was identified about my parking pass and an unauthorized vehicle that was located there since our arrival. Was very slow to take action! No flexibility on time of departure!! And finally, we're in Quebec, but the language of communication was only done in English!!!

Regarding the departure time, we try to accommodate our guests whenever possible. But in your case, we have an arrival on that day as well and we need to give the cleaners enough time to have the property for the next guests. We also apologize for the language communication concern. We strive to cater to both English and French-speaking guests, and we’ll make sure to better reflect that in our communications. We had an issue initially because the heat was not on and the thermostats were quite different than what I deal with in the US. When I read the instructions, it said that if you were having difficulty to take a photo of the thermostat and I would get a return call with help. I took a pic of the thermostat that I was trying to set. When the person called, they were not able to assist. As it turns out, the thermostat I was trying to set, and that I took a photo of, was for the AC. When I figured out on my own that there was a different set of remote controls for the heater, I was able to solve the problem by myself. We were unable to find any blankets anywhere on property. Sone lovely ones were delivered and we were cozy for the rest of the stay. It would be really nice if we had more than one. Tell each for a weeklong stay and there was only one extra roll of toilet paper. My husband had a bad case of food poisoning that ended up putting him in the hospital. We ran out of toilet paper long before the stay was over. Everything else was really nice and the location was perfect for us.
