Ground level: Living, dining, kitchen, study desk, laundry and powder room.

Level 1: Two bedrooms with double beds and desks, and main bathroom. Shared balcony across both bedrooms.

Level 2: Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and a 4th bedroom/parents retreat/nursery with a double sofa bed and TV. Shared balcony with access through the 4th bedroom.

Camberwell Junction is just an easy 800m walk or an even easier short tram ride away, offering supermarkets, family-friendly cafés and acclaimed restaurants, an iconic art deco cinema, and the much loved Sunday Market. Ideal for an easy outing with kids or friends.

Even closer to home, within 200 metres, you’ll find a selection of local cafés, takeaway options, a gourmet supermarket for everyday essentials and special items, and a service station. Families will also love nearby Fritsch Holzer Park, just a short stroll away, with open green space and a playground. Perfect for kids to run around while parents unwind.

Easy City & Event Access
Getting to the city is simple and stress free. A single tram runs directly from Riversdale Retreat straight into the Melbourne CBD and major event arenas with no changes required.

You have access to all spaces in the home, except for a few cupboards which will be locked.
