THE CABIN:

This is a beautiful newly built cabin just a 2 minute drive to the Parkway. Perfect for multiple families. Here’s some details on this beautiful getaway:

— Private Indoor Pool. (heated to between 84-86 degrees year round)

POOL RULES (PLEASE READ):

Pool is heated to between 84 and 86 degrees year round. Please keep in mind this is a pool and is by no means meant to be as warm as the hot tub upstairs.

Guest to shower before entry to remove any lotions, bug spray, natural body oils, make up and hair products as these have a negative effect on the pool water chemicals and clarity.

Guest should not add anything to pool water, bath salts, bath or spa oils, bubbles, soaps, glitter, colorings and the infamous bath bombs.

Guests that violate the pool rules will be charged $150.00 fine due to extra cleaning required.

— Living Room: Pull out queen sleeper sofa with 55" HDTV, two cozy lounge chairs (Sheets are kept in the bedroom closet on the main level in a plastic bag after they have been laundered)

— ROOM 1: Main level Master Bedroom has a amazing king bed, 32" 4K smart TV, large closet, it’s own bathroom, and large jacuzzi tub

— ROOM 2: Upstairs Bedroom 1 has amazing King bed, it’s own bathroom, and HDTV TV with smart apps. Bedroom also has attached full bath with shower and tub.

— ROOM 3: Upstairs Bedroom 2 has amazing King bed, it’s own bathroom, and HDTV TV with smart apps. Bedroom also has attached full bath with shower and tub.

— ROOM 4: Downstairs Bedroom 4 has amazing King bed, and 65" HDTV TV with smart apps. Bedroom also has common level full bath with shower and tub.

The brand new cabin is a great place to host a group of family or friends! Stocked full of board games, fully stocked kitchen with oven, spices and all the utensils you could need!

THE KITCHEN:

All you need to bring is your food!
— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.
— Brand new stainless steel oven and stove.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and more!
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 12 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— coffee pot and keurig. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee on the deck in the woods
— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.

THE GAME ROOM:

— Video game for 4 players to keep the kids (and adults) busy
— Relaxing sofa bed that pulls out into queen sleeper. (Sheets are kept under the coffee table to end tables in a plastic bag after they have been laundered)
— Has a flat screen TV. Has all the channels and cable. Throw your favorite sports game, and watch the kids swim at the same time!
— Lots of seating in the game room with a bar top for all your family

LOCATION:

One of the best spots around! Less than a 5 drive to the Parkwaywith tons of restaurants, shopping and tons of family activities. If your not in the mood to brave the crowds the cabin is a very quiet place to enjoy the wilderness.


PARKING:
Park right in front of the home with spots for at least 4 vehicles right in front of the home. There is also two sets of stairs leading up to the front door of the home to access the front door. Please refer to pictures of the home exterior.
