Totally frustrated with the stay especially without internet connection. There was no internet connection throughout the stay and thus led to TVs not working. Kids were frustrated without TV. Host didn’t seem to bother about the issue after complaining also.

Needed additional beds to go with our property for our adult kids on our large family trip to Branson. When we rent in Branson, we usually choose to rent from this management group. They are great to work with. Chose this property because it had the bed & bath arrangement we needed and close to the location of our other property. While we felt it was clean, we thought some of the linens should have been replaced instead of being put back in use. Didn't question the linens were clean, but they were stained. The rest of the property was well maintained & clean. Great location, quiet & peaceful overlooking golf course with a pool just down the hill.

All was great. It was difficult to navigate the road to the condo with all of the turns and hills. Especially at night. But everything was good and had everything we requested and needed.

Weekend stay

Perfect location for us. We enjoyed the lake close by and also Branson Very comfortable space and layout for 3 empty nester couples

We love the overall setup of the unit. We had 6 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 7. Everyone had plenty of space. Never felt cramped. Great overall experience.

The property is beautiful. The condo could use some work. There were four remote controls to control the TV in the living room with a laminated list of troubleshooting suggestions when the TV did not work. We were never able to get the TV to work unless we used the hotspot on our phone. The master shower is tiny and hardly any water comes out of the shower head. Someone had turned off the icemaker so we had no ice when we arrived after a long hot day. Some of the flooring was coming up and everyone was tripping over it. Most everything was clean except for the fan in the second bedroom, which had a thick layer of dust on all the blades. In general, the condo was just OK. We were only there for two days so it was fine.There are so many other options that we would not stay here again.

Overall, the condo was spacious and comfortable for our family. It had everything we needed; however, both of the tub/shower drains were clogged, and the floors were not exceptionally clean as our socks were black on the bottom from just walking around inside. I did call about the tubs and maintenance came the following day and fixed them. The hot water did not last long so we had to plan our showers. Our main refrigerator was not overly cold, and we were afraid to leave perishables in there, so we used the small fridge in one of the bedrooms. The pools, workout room, tennis and basketball courts were fantastic to have, however they were not close to our condo (small pool was in walking distance), so had to drive about 5-10 minutes to get to these places. By looking at the picture and reading the details on the property, we thought we would be within walking distance to everything so that was a little disappointing. Staff was courteous and easy to work with. The check in and out process was easy. Pretty area.

Great Trip

The area was excellent, felt safe. The condo was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, nice and roomy and loved having 3 bathrooms with all of us women. We take a yearly shopping trip, with all women, and this was a great place. Enjoyed eating at the Ledgestone Grille and not having to wait in a 2 hour line.

We booked with this company on Vrbo. We liked the location and the price. This would also allow enough bathrooms and beds for the entire family. When we arrived the bathrooms all had black water. This was coming from the sinks and the tubs. The water was unusable while we were there. When emailing the office they apologized and said no problem was found when they arrived.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of space to spread out with adequate bedrooms/bathrooms for our family. Made use of fully stocked kitchen, bbq grill & screened porch. However, king mattress was not super comfortable- the sheets on it need replaced immediately, as well as ALL bedroom pillows in the condo-they were all very flat. Otherwise, great stay!

Simple serenity

Everything was just as promised. All was clean, and decorated for Christmas. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom king bed was a bit worn. Everything else was great.

Beautiful!!

The property and views were beautiful! The condo was in mint condition and perfect for us. The only thing is there wasn't enough hot water to use the jacuzzi tub. After one person took about a 10-minute shower we were out of hot water. Please check hot water heater. The stay was excellent though!!
