Perfect location and home base for our exploration and enjoyment of the Hill Country. The property offers multiple settings for relaxing and enjoying Mother Nature. The decor inside the home includes stunning art and comfortable furnishings. Easy efficient check in and out procedures and Scott’s communication was spot on. Thanks for the perfect ending to our Golden Girls get away!

The view from the house and patio was spectacular! Very charming, comfortable home. We hit a few colder nights and had to use the space heaters to stay comfortable. Location is super - close enough to both Helotes and Bandera for dinner but remote enough to feel like a real getaway. We will definitely be back.

Scott was a great host! Home is just as pictured is in a beautiful quiet location. We wanted a quick and quiet getaway and it was exactly what my daughter and I needed. The views are beautiful. Although, My most favorite part of the home was definitely the art!!!

Christmas with Family

Property had beautiful sunrises & views of hill country-just as described. We were in this area to be near 30+ family members gathering for 3 days during the Christmas Holidays. Even with below freezing weather, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the house. Thank you Scott for being so gracious during some really difficult weather conditions.

We were grateful to have Susan and family stay with us during one of the coldest few days of this winter season. Sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t care about our vacation plans but we are glad things went as well as they could have for the conditions. We will see you again soon Susan. :)

My Cultural Oasis

Amazing gem! MAGNIFICENT views are breathtaking! Exquisitely decorated with cultural richness! Loved the feeling of escaping... you forget you are in Texas! Owners even provided OJ, Eggs, croissants & fruit! House is stocked with all your needs! Loved that they had a very comfortable cot! Didn't want my little one downstairs. All tempra pedic style mattresses. Owner says may be putting in an infinity pool..that is all that was missing! Perfect, clean,comfy, relaxing! Do not let the window units fool you, very comfortable, the A/C gets cold! Downstairs shower is the size of 3 put together & the master tub looking over the hills is AmAzInG!! A hammock, garden, pagoda, balconies & fire pit area are superb!! House is filled with the owner's own incredible art!! Do not pass this place up! Loved our stay!!

What a nice opportunity to have great people stay with us and enjoy what we've worked so hard to create. They respected out place and were so very quiet that we didn't even know they were just next door. Sean and Laura are perfect guests and we would love to have them back.

Breathtaking Views! 5-Star Host!

The view from the upstairs bedroom, deck, fire pit and swing were absolutely amazing! The lawn was perfectly manicured and beautiful. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed! Property was clean! The host was very helpful and made certain we had what we needed. Scott was very quick to respond to all communications! We really enjoyed our time on the covered porch. We grilled and had dinner out there a few nights, which was very relaxing! The property is a few miles up a quiet mountain road. It is very peaceful and private for as close as the neighbors are. The hot tub was a bit of a disappointment. It is in a gorgeous location and setup beautifully. However, it was an inflatable hot tub. There were a couple cool days during our stay and the water was lukewarm at best. It does not have jets or seats, so was more of a lukewarm bathtub. The only other things that were not superb were the dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothes and the upstairs bed was not very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing!!

This place is magical. Stayed here for short spring break family getaway. The place is amazing cozy and so clean. Beautiful artwork everywhere. Outside the views are amazing and there are so many places to relax outdoors and enjoy. We will definitely be back. Such an amazing place!

Solitude

Very nice property with amazing views! Could have sat out on the patio all day and evening. Saw many shooting stars and wildlife. Only suggestion if you plan on cooking there is to go to the store after inventory. No foil, saran wrap, toaster, only one roll of paper towels and other items you sometimes see. Grill is great so just grill!

Great get away!!

My family and me were in need of some vacations. From the beginning the communication was exceptional! The property manager made sure to check up on us. For when we walked in we felt right at home! such a peaceful environment and all our activities were only 30 min away max! We were truly sad to go, but had to come back to reality. However we are already planning our next stay! Will go back every time we visit San Antonio.
