Our condo is next to the Giant Steps Ski Lift & Lodge. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the lifts, restaurants, Brian Head General Store, and tubing hill. Enjoy quick access to the ski lifts as well as mountain biking trails & hiking in the summer months. Bristlecone Park is south of our building which offers sledding/tubing in the winter months as well as fishing, kayaking, picnic tables, basketball, pickle ball & volleyball courts along with fire pits in the summer. (Outdoor equipment provided)

Our condo has been beautifully remodeled and has 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom’s (Sleeps 6). The master bedroom has a king size bed and separate bathroom. The upstairs loft has a queen size bed plus built-in twin bunk beds with 2nd bathroom. The second loft/kids room has 2 twin beds with lots of games. Laundry closet is also located upstairs. Our condo is great for families with ample room for everyone. The updated kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay. All linens provided. Come ready to relax and enjoy the mountains! (Firewood provided Dec-Apr only)

Minimum 2-3 night stay depending on time of year. Maximum stay is 14 days.
**Please note: Our condo unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. You must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs**

Awesome Ski Trip

Liz’s place is perfect for a ski trip to Brian Head. The condo was clean and comfortable. Location was great for getting on and off of the lifts! We will be back for sure!

Perfect Cozy Condo

We have stayed here 2 years in a row now and we love being able to snowboard and tube so close by and come back to a cozy warm condo! It fits our family well with comfortable furniture and the owners are so responsive and great. We’ll be back next year!

Walk to the lifts

This was our second time staying here. It's clean, spacious, and well appointed. Lots of room for my kids to all have their own beds and space. Love being able to walk back to the condo for lunch and a quick break during our day of skiing. Ideal location and all the comforts of home.

Cozy, clean stay

Amazing place, loved the loft area for our kids, excellent location. The place was so clean (cleanest rental we have stayed at). It was well stocked with everything. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable & convenient

We loved this place!! Everything we needed & more for a family of 5!! Easily walked from giants steps to the condo for a lunch break, then back on the slopes. Liz was great with communication, check in/out was very smooth. Everything was clean and she even had it decorated for Christmas! So festive! We made great memories and hope to stay again!!

Exceeded expectations

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights at Liz’s place and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived in town Liz txted us and our check in was so easy. The condo was very clean upon arrival, the heater worked great and warmed the place up quickly. The inside was perfectly stocked with enough towels, toilet paper and the kitchen had everything we needed and accommodated all our needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable, which we really appreciated. Our kids loved the built in bunks and the upstairs game room. It was just as pictured. We didn’t use the community spa but could see that it was working when we passed it on our way to the community game room which we also enjoyed hanging out in. This place is very conveniently located to Giant Steps Lodge if you’re looking to ski on that side. It is on the 3rd story and there are only stairs so getting groceries and luggage up and down was extra work at high elevation. Overall we highly recommend Liz’s place and would stay here again if we could!

Amazing

We came up for my son’s birthday snow trip. We could not have been more happy with this condo! You can tell the owners have spent a lot of money making this unit feel like home. My kids loved the little room off of the upstairs bedroom that had all kinds of games to play. The owners were more than nice and answered any questions we had. We would stay here again !

Fantastic for a Fall Getaway!

We had the best stay at this property. The weather started cold and snowy, and this was the perfect cozy basecamp for getting out and exploring Southern Utah! My wife's extended family used to have a unit in the other building in the complex, and we would visit at least once a year. I always thought there was so much potential in the Brian Wood buildings with some time and thought put into upgrades, and the hosts here have 1000% nailed it. The unit is absolutely beautiful and the hosts provided the best set of instructions and guide to the area that I've come across in any of my VRBO stays. We'd stay here again with no hesitations!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. Now and clean, well stocked, and everything labeled. We will come back again but bring our kids next time as there is lots of room for children. Thanks again!

Great place

The building is super old but the unit was wonderful! Great access to the park and ski lifts with fun activities for the kids. Try not to use the grocery store. It’s EXPENSIVE! The unit does not have AC but the fans kept us cool enough. Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a family.

Best stay ever!!

We booked for my husband's 45th birthday it was our second time staying in the town. The home was beautiful everything they said it would be. The most comfiest beds to sleep in, relaxing couches, fully equipped kitchen, close to ski lifts and pond!! Can't wait for our next stay

Great Place in a great location

We loved this condo. It was cleaned and well stocked with everything we needed. And the location was perfect for getting to the slopes. The hosts were also great at answering a couple questions we had before we arrived. We will definitely be back.

Outstanding!

The condo was perfect. Location was key right next to Giant Steps. Kitchen had all we needed for our meals. Beds were very comfortable. There were many games and TV had access to streaming sites to watch shows/movies. Most of all the condo was clean and well maintained for a rental.

Exactly as advertised

My family stayed at a neighboring property but this place was way nicer! The condo is in great condition, it was clean, had good beds, towels for hot tub were available and W/D was clutch. I’d wish I could have stayed longer.

Family Ski Trip

We had a great stay!! There is ample sleeping space and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a nice place to unwind after a day of skiing.

Thoughtfully Provisioned, Clean, Great Location

The whole stay was well thought out and easy. The condo is thoughtfully provisioned with everything you could need. It's a great layout for families. Clean and cozy. The owners provided nice little touches, like wood and a starter for the fireplace. We walked to the lift everyday and to the pizza place and general store when needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect & Cozy

Our family visited Brianhead, UT over Christmas Vacation and it was an awesome trip. The condo was super clean and cozy, complete with a Christmas tree and holiday decor. It truly felt like home. Located steps from Giant Steps, it is absolutely a snowboarders dream! We will definitely stay here again! Liz, the property owner, was so friendly and helpful!!

Did not want to leave!

We stayed here in the middle of a two-week cross-country road trip to the Utah National Parks. This was such a cozy and comfortable stay! The cleanliness and all the little extras like coffee, hot cocoa, toiletries in the bathrooms, combine to make this place feel like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook meals. The beds were super comfy. The community of Brian Head is great with coffee, general store and restaurants within walking distance. The fall colors were incredible and the drive to Bryce Canyon through the national forest was unforgettable! Best vrbo we have ever stayed in!

Beautiful mountain ski resort condo

This Brian Head condo is lovely, clean and cozy. The owners take great pride in the presentation of this beautifully remodeled property. The condo is supplied with everything you need for your stay, the furniture is comfortable, and the bed is sleep inducing. Enjoy!

The Best!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Its the best! Liz is amazing and so easy to work with. She has thought of everything, the condo is fully equipped with everything you would need. This is my family's favorite place to stay, so close to everything and so comfortable for everyone. We will be back!
