Picturesque spot. Great area with lots to do nearby. Very clean place. Nice that everything is provided like towels and linens so packing is easier. Lots of great places to eat within 30 mins. Very prompt responses from the owner. With anything you may need.

Fabulous property for our family to truly unwind without stepping foot off of property. We loved the feeling of privacy and the walks we were able to take with the dogs in the back woods. Peak foliage views from the living room window and hot tub. Cast Iron fireplace came was perfect for cozy nights when the temperature dropped. Comfortable beds and cute decor. We had a great time.

This was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and friends, so peaceful and quiet. My favorite spot was the screened in porch. Everything about the home was so quaint. The walk to the waterfall was picturesque! The sound of the owls at night, the fireflies and the stars were so surreal. I loved everything about it!

We had stayed at this beautiful old farm property before our most recent visit. It is consistently a favorite for us. It's 50 acres or so at the end of a dirt road on the edge of WMNF land. There are many great hikes nearby, of course, and you can run out the back door (rough trail) to the Dickey Notch trail and then go to the Welsh Dickey trail head. The house and fields are fantastic for dogs. There's a perfect screened wrap around porch. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The barn is a really cool feature too. WiFi is good. The owner is very helpful and accessible. Our family loves this place and hopes to visit again.

We always have the best family time at Sullivan Farm and this stay was no exception. With all the rain we enjoyed spike ball in the barn, great selection of board games, and Bennet’s Sugar Shack (delicious!). My son was thrilled to have our first bear sighting at the farm! Of course our walk to the waterfall was spectacular and so good for the soul. Thank you Rob!!!

Sullivan Farm is the best for a relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed hiking nearby and watching the snow fall from the cozy living room. As repeat visitors, we think this is the perfect spot for quality family time, and Robert is always a thoughtful and accessible host!

Perfect foliage trip

Excellent location for fall activities in New Hampshire. The Farmhouse is exactly as described and a great place to stay, Rob was a great host, very responsive.

Spring getaway

We are repeated guests to Sullivan Farm and will be back again. We love the charm and quiet of the surroundings. This is a great location - our whole family loves it!

Our family had an amazing time. The farmhouse was a perfect fit for our needs. The barn was so enchanting a great place to hang out. The grounds were beautiful! Pet friendly was perfect for our dog loving family! Plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. Robert was available and helpful. All around great experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this farm house. It is very private and secluded. The views of the mountains surrounding this home are just breathtaking. Hottub was very nice and relaxing. Stars at night were incredible. Visited Benton’s sugar shack nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. We are already trying to find a date we can all come back soon! Loved this home.

Farm House Stay

We had a great time for our annual ski trip with friends. The house was well stocked with items needed, the location is beautiful and tucked at the end of a quiet road. Not a far drive to Waterville or major stores.

Weekend trip

We loved the house! We had adults, kids, teens, and dogs! Not too far from ice castles and just a great house to stay cozy and hang and eat and play games. The short walk to the waterfall was nice too and the waterfall in the winter was spectacular. Would love to come back in Summer/Fall.

Great house, great location

Stayed with another family. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Great location. Road getting in is sketchy in the winter weather - 4WD/AWD was necessary but worth it for the privacy.

Beautiful location

Great spot. Walk to the waterfalls, walk to the pond, walk to the mountain stream. House has everything you need… Pots, pans, dishes, linens, pillows. Peaceful and quiet. Short drive to the store, or several different restaurants.

Great family weekend!

We have stayed at Sullivan Farm many times and each time we leave we are thinking about when we can come back. The farmhouse was great for our family gathering, and the new updates to the living room make it even more inviting. The teenagers loved the loft space upstairs and playing darts in the barn. Robert is an excellent host and is always quick to answer any questions we have about the property.
