Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated off-street parking spot at no charge.

This apartment features keyless entry. Please read the check-in instructions carefully to ensure seamless entry access to the apartment.

Though this is a self-check-in apartment, I'm available via text or phone calls for assistance when needed.

Please note that this is a residential community, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. (The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you.)

Basic amenities have been provided including clean bedding— we wash wash sheets and duvet cover between every guest— fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner.

Coin-operated washer and dryer is available, located in the shared basement.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Feel free to use our cookware, utensils, and appliances as needed.

The bathroom has a hair dryer.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking of ANY kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, whether indoors, outdoors, or in the garage.

You can choose to log-in with your own internet-based entertainment services, like Netflix and Hulu if you wish! We do not offer TV channels other than what is on the Roku channel.

About the Building:
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours).

Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.

This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.

The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, we simply ask for a photo IDs, a minor security deposit (temporarily held, not charged!), and a rental agreement to be signed after you finalize your booking
