It is a beautiful Condo with a fantastic view, located a short walk from restaurants and shops. The owners are very responsive and supportive. We will stay here again.

Great location right on the boardwalk
Enjoyed the location, very close to a beautiful beach. Very walkable community close to great places to eat. Very nice property owners. Had a wonderful stay.

Hollywood Family Vacation
We had an amazing stay at this beach rental. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for the beach. We enjoyed the ocean view and being directly on the boardwalk. Everything was so easily accessible. Our host was friendly and responsive making the check in process easy We would absolutely return and highly recommend this rental!

Family Summer Vacay
Absolutely loved our stay! Location was perfect, Beach was never too crowded and the beds were comfortable. Super clean, updated. The owner is super sweet and always responded promptly.

Family Time at the beach
Great location, very clean and quiet property. Owner was easy to work with. Only thing we missed was having a traditional oven.

Great Stay
The host was very accessible and accomodating. Once inside the cleanliness and decor of the condo was gratifying. We had everything we needed. Absolutely great stay beyond grateful!

Fun place in the beach
We had a great time at this beachfront. Condo had everything you could ask for including beach gear for the guests. Hosts were phenomenal and we will definitely be back! Thanks Andrea for everything!

Right on the beach, private pool, free parking
The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It’s located right on the Hollywood Beach boardwalk, with a private pool and a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The condo was well-equipped with several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon, which made our beach days super convenient. The hosts were very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Winter Break Vacay
Perfect beach front stay on Hollywood Beach. We enjoyed wakung up to the view of the ocean and walking on the beautiful boardwalk filled with shops and restaurants. The location was quiet and a close walk to the action.Tbe condo was clean and updated ; perfect for our family of 4( 3 adults and 1 teenager).We would definitely come back and stay again.Very relaxing, we all loved being right on the beach.

Amazing Beach Getaway
This is the second time we’ve stayed at La Playa and we can’t say enough great things about the condo! It’s an amazing location, clean, the pool was throughly enjoyed by my kids, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Communicating with our host was easy and fast. We will absolutely be back!

Beach front with balcony
Property was amazing, beach front with balcony, beautiful sunrise every morning. Plenty do to in the evening, bars, food, music. Had beach chairs and beach towels. I would love to come back !

Location was perfect. Walk across Boardwalk straight onto beach. The condo has everything necessary to enjoy the beach, ie chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Nightlife on the Boardwalk was only steps away. The condo was very nice. The kitchen well stocked with everything necessary for breakfasts and lunches. We ate dinner out every night. The surrounding streets were quiet and no late night noise. Andrea and Suzanne were very helpful and easily accessible. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Hollywood Beach is the perfect mix of laid-back beach living and fun vacation energy. Our condo is located directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, where you can walk, bike, shop, grab a meal, or simply enjoy the ocean views. With restaurants, cafés, local shops, beach activities, and entertainment all nearby, you can easily leave your car parked and explore on foot. The area around Margaritaville offers plenty of activity, while our location at La Playa provides a quieter place to relax and enjoy the beach.

The best thing about our unit is the private balcony. You can lay on the king bed in the master bedroom, leave the sliding glass door open, and watch the ocean waves. It is absolutely beautiful!
