A beautiful shaded waterfront home that can sleep up to six guests IN BEDS/ 5 available sleep recliner options in living area. Located on Lake Palestine. 114 feet of waterfront leaves plenty of room for fun. Clean rock wall with stone steps down to the water. Enjoy fishing on the pier or bring your boat and adventure out to all Lake Palestine has to offer. Watch out for stumps on the lake in your boat!

Amazing waterfront for swimming. It’s like having a big pool… Sandy smooth bottom and amazing cold pockets of water keep you cool during the hot days. The house has three bedrooms and two baths, One BR has king and queens are in other 2 guest bedrooms. Reclining sofa and loveseat. Patio furniture on the deck for relaxing, gas grill, charcoal grill, water floats, towels, sheets, kitchen fully stocked.
Just bring yourself and prepare to relax!

Located right off Highway 155 in Coffee City, Tx. Tyler only 16 miles and boasts a zoo, shopping, amusement, park, skating rink, several movie theaters, any and all restaurants and bars.

Enjoy access to The Villages Resort amenities:
* Full service marina with restaurant, souvenirs, bait, and fuel. Office rentals of pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boats.
*Waterpark Access- Enjoy 25,000 ft.² of indoor water fun (separate tickets for purchase through The Holiday Inn Villages Resort).

***PETS- $60 pet fee. We do allow pets (max is 2 and small breeds preferred) , PLEASE be respectful and sanitary by dutifully picking up your dogs accidents and disposing of them in the trash cans provided outside. Thank you- please help us with this for everyone’s sake. ***We do have security cameras so please be honest and pay the pet deposit up front if you plan on bringing your pets. Otherwise, we will send a pet deposit request if we see that you brought dogs without paying the pet fee. Thank you for your understanding.

We have visited this property several times and it is consistently great in all aspects. The owners are very communicative in assisting the customer. The property is immaculately clean. The owner always makes us feel right at home.

Fireplace not useable, gas grill broken, half of patio lights burned out, no light in carport for seeing at night, hazardous broken steps cement walkway.

Loved the lake view

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay. This is a vrbo done right! Awesome property. House was very clean, comfortable beds, and had everything one would need while on the lake. Enjoyed the kayaks! Very happy you allowed pets-our pup enjoyed the large fenced yard. Only negative was mosquitos prevented night gathering on porch. Only ammenity needed was luggage rack; but we handled it OK. We will definitely consider coming back.

Relaxing family vacation

4th of July Weekend

Stayed over the long 4th of July weekend and loved this lake house! The location is conveniently located near the grocery store and other amenities but still provides a feel of seclusion. The house is in a quiet bay with a big fenced backyard which was great for the dog and activities. We highly recommend for family getaways - host was very accommodating and the house was kid friendly.

Very nice property located on a beautiful bay with vistas of the lake. The owners have anticipated every need of the customer and were easy to communicate with. The house was very clean.

ETX Trip

This property is a lot of fun for all, something for everyone. The house was very clean. The host manager was always available to answer questions and could not be more accommodating to our needs. The property is conveniently located to highways for easy access, but far enough away from the traffic noise.

Another great time

This is the second time we have stayed here. Very comfortable house. Every thing you need is there, beds are comfortable, and I love that they fenced the backyard. We would definitely come back.

Time to Relax

Lakeside Getaway

The house and yard were great and as pictured. The kitchen was very well equipped. Despite the mid-summer heat, we were able to enjoy the shady backyard and the lake! We had a very enjoyable stay.

Very relaxing get together

Best for summer/spring stay

I've used VRBO for years & don't remember writing a negative review. Positives: Host is responsive & in fairness, I didn't contact her about any issues. Neighborhood quiet Beds comfortable Furniture comfortable View great Everything was in working order Negatives: Big draw for the property is the outdoor area. The back porch was deep in leaves, that we had to sweep off to ensure was safe from snakes, spiders, scorpions, etc... We also had to wipe down all the outdoor furniture. It is Fall, but the dirt & leaves seemed to be definite build up. Hosts need to definitely improve outdoor maintenance. Also, yard was ankle deep in leaves. We walked to the dock to see ducks. The dock is not in very good shape & you couldn't go very far out on it, because a section was covered in some sort of bird excrement. Not just a spot or two you could step over, not the excrement that herons leave, where it is like white paint when it dries. But piles, like a flock of ducks had taken up residence. There was a big snake in the tree beside the dock, so that made us further weary about spending any time in the backyard covered in leaves. It would have been nice to at least have a semi clear path through the leaves. Stepping stones would help We couldn't enjoy sitting outside, because many people in the neighborhood were burning leaves & it was smoky out. There was a sweet cat that kept charging the door. Successfully got in once. Luckily, easily removed. I don't believe the floors had been mopped. When we were wiping up food from toddlers eating, we noticed we were also getting a lot of other dirt. This was also true in other floors of the house. There was a note saying to be sure and completely clean the high chair, as it was not the housekeeper's job to do so, nor was it the next renters' responsibility. The bedroom facing the street had blinds, but no curtains. A street light made it seem like it was morning all the time, so we slept very poorly. (There were holes in the wall where curtains had previously been.) Bring all your own condiments including salt, pepper & sugar. Overall it is a nice property, but owners need to either have the outside areas usable, or let you know to expect to clean yourself. Also get curtains up in the bedroom & find a better housekeeper who will clean floors & highchairs. I understand snakes, smoke & stray cats are not controllable, but the cleanliness & curtains are.

Wonderful Little Oasis

We loved this little oasis on the lake. Our child had so much fun on the web swing and our dogs froliced in the yard all weekend. We love that the property is pet friendly. It was a great stay!

Great house in the woods

This was a great spot tucked among the trees. Really nice backyard setup for relaxing and letting our pup run around and explore! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
