Rooms were all clean and well maintained. Couple of small pebbles in the shoe with some light bulbs and the dryer being extremely loud. But other than that EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

Fantastic 11 night stay for a family of 5 adults. Beds were super comfy, spacious property and well stocked of towels and pool towels. Property is well located snd quiet. Publix and takeaway option and a diner just across street 2 min walk. PoolFacilities were good in a nice setting.

The condo was close to all of the attractions we had planned to visit. The check in process was quick and easy, and super spacious. We would highly recommend the condo and the Vista Cay property.

Beautiful property and great amenities. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 total adults/kids. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is very large and is decorated very nicely! The pool and kids play area were much appreciated as well.

Great location and property
We really enjoyed our business trip stay with Daisy. Place is well equipped and very quiet. Clean too! We will book with Daisy annually.

Outstanding accommodations
We will book again! Booked this to take kids and grandkids to SeaWorld. Checkin easy, owner responsive, clean and nicely appointed unit, enough room for the entire family. We will be back and looking to stay here again.

Beautiful property, awesome location
This was our second stay at the Vista Cay property and we can't say enough good things about it. The grounds are beautiful, it's quiet and you can't beat the location. The property we stayed at this time was amazing. We sat on the balcony frequently, even enjoyed a summer thunderstorm. There was so much room for everyone. The only issue we had was the door lock was tricky to get open as the lock mechanism sticks, but my older daughter figured it out. Thank you so much for a lovely place for our much needed vacation.

Great property, great renter!!
We were in Orlando for my daughters dance competition and had a wonderful time stay at Daisy’s property in Vista Cay. Great communication leading up to our stay, property was well described online and great value for the amount of space and central location! The amenities were nice as well with a good pool and workout facility. Thank you Daisy!!

Wonderful stay
Took my family of 6 for a last minute short trip. Stayed in the condo. All of us absolutely enjoyed it. Very clean, spacious. Best of all, location is by far the best compare all the places we have stayed in Orlando in the past.
Will definitely be my first choice in the future.

Close to everything, relaxing and family friendly!
This place has it all - close to all of the best Orlando attractions, on-site pool, walking trails and walking distance to Publix and restaurants. My family of four had plenty of space with each of my kids having their own bedroom and shared bathroom. We were so comfortable and felt like the condo was an extension of our own home. Returning from busy days at the parks we were able to relax in a home setting. 100% recommend this property and we will be back!

property was great. plenty of tvs, well appointed kitchen with tons of utensils storage, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Only complaint would be the bedding. No fitted sheets on the beds which bunched during the night.

Our management company has put this standard not providing fitted sheets, but they will be more than happy to provide if the flat sheets won't work for you. Next time please just give us a yell and will be taken care of it.

Multiple Maintenance. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with our experience at Vista Cay, especially with the property management and maintenance teams responsible for supporting this unit.We stayed for 12 days, and during that time we experienced several problems with basic amenities. These were not minor cosmetic concerns. They directly affected our ability to comfortably use the property. We contacted management and maintenance multiple times, and there were multiple visits to the unit. Unfortunately, even after repeated calls, follow ups, and maintenance visits, several issues were either only temporarily addressed or never properly corrected.The hot water was a continuing concern. The water was consistently lukewarm and never became properly hot. We reported the problem, but our concern was essentially dismissed rather than carefully investigated and resolved. After the maintenance visits, the water temperature remained uncomfortable. It was frustrating to repeatedly explain the issue and still have no meaningful solution during a 12 day stay.The garbage disposal also quit working multiple times. It repeatedly tripped the breaker and became unusable for several days. Even when it was temporarily restored, the problem returned. A recurring problem should have been fully diagnosed and repaired, rather than requiring us to continue reporting the same issue.The dryer was another serious concern. Whenever it was used, it made loud banging and booming sounds.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry that your 12-day stay did not meet your expectations.
As the host, I was aware of the concerns raised during your stay and personally followed up with our property management team several times. I know the management and maintenance teams made multiple visits to the condo and did their best to respond promptly and address each concern as it was reported.
Regarding the hot water, the temperature was checked and found to be within the property’s normal operating range. We have not received similar concerns from previous guests, but we understand that individual preferences for water temperature can vary.
The garbage disposal issue was addressed during your stay, although we understand how frustrating it was that the problem recurred. We are following up to make sure the underlying issue is fully resolved rather than temporarily corrected.
We are also reviewing the dryer based on your feedback. The washer and dryer are located in a separate, spacious laundry room, and the dryer can be noticeably louder when the laundry room door is left open. Nevertheless, we will have it inspected to make sure it is operating properly.
We sincerely regret that these issues affected your overall experience. We value guest feedback and will use your comments to improve both the property and our maintenance response going forward.

My family stayed here for a week in August of 2025 and we had a great time! The condo is very spacious and quiet on an end unit. The bedrooms are a good size and I don't know that I've ever seen a master bathroom as big as this one! We only used the living room TV at night but it had tons of channels to choose from. The complex has plenty of amenities - we used the pools and hot tub just about every day, I used the exercise room and we ordered some food and drinks from the bar at the pool. It's very close to everything so it's easy to get to the grocery store (I walked there), restaurants and local attractions.If there's one area for improvement, I would note that it would be nice to have more than two trash bags, one dishwasher pod and one packet of laundry detergent for a week. I've stayed all over the country and this is the first time I had to go buy those kinds of things. Not a big deal and it did help me reach my step goal walking to the store but would have been nice to have.If you're looking at places to stay in Orlando and you have a dozen on your list that you can't decide between, just book this one - you'll have a great time!
