Parking for maximum of 3 vehicles.
1-acre fenced yard with on-property hiking or minutes to national park service trailheads/local lakes.

Quail Cottage is located on wooded acreage on a quiet, dead-end street. Situated on a rim lot overlooking the Kootenai River Valley and offering views to the west of the Selkirk Mountains. You'll find a peaceful, private space that will allow you to unwind from your busy city life. Enjoy nature on a bright, sunny day, or relax indoors if the weather turns and watch a storm blow across the valley below.
