Approximately 20 minutes from Disney Parks/Universal Studios, International Drive & restaurants. Also close proximity to Target, Walmart, Orlando Outlets Malls, Florida Mall, supermarkets, etc. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the cozy ambiance! Great Choice for Orlando Area Stay!

We rented this specific house because of its proximity an event location we needed to be at for the week. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is close to everything - airport, I-drive, parks, grocery, target, Florida Mall and more.The house itself was exactly as described with some nice benefits - good kitchen wear, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher pucks. We rent often and normally get one of each and then are stuck buying more for the week but not here! The house itself is spacious, beds were really comfortable, the pool was great and the outdoor area really nice. The house backs onto a pond and school and is very private and quiet. We didn't really use the TV but I worked from the home and had no issues with wi-fi or video calls. The house is a little dated but was perfectly fine for our stay and much more spacious and cost effective than a hotel or other homes in the area. We had a few questions for Ruthy while we were there and she was helpful, responsive and a delight to correspond with. We've stayed at a lot rental properties over the years and count this one among the best we've experienced. Would certainly consider this house again in the future.

Decent house, but not great communication

I did not receive information about how to get into the property until well after arriving. A repair person came during our stay to look at the net around the pool. We were not notified that this person was coming. One of the bedrooms had an opening to the rest of house.the house.

Great stay!

The house was everything we needed for our group trip. The pool was great for cooling off after a day in the city. The kitchen was super well-stocked, so we could cook up some amazing meals together. Ruthy was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

It was such a nice, relaxing weekend during a hectic Soccer Tournament. It is a great location and a nice stay.

Beautiful House

This house is beautiful. I was impressed on how clean it was & it had everything we needed & more. The pool was well kept & clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms was spotless, the kitchen was clean. & it was decorated beautifully.

A very cozy and welcoming place to stay.

Spent a week at the property for my 18year old son's volleyball tournament and brought friends as well. The house fit the five of us just fine. Everything was as advertised our host was on top of things and very communicative. An overall very go experience.

Great, but not perfect

Pool was amazing, and we loved the location. The house was missing some of the basics when we got there (soap, trash bags, etc) but the host was kind and cooperative and provided these things when we asked. The beds aren’t great, and we found some trash laying around from the previous stay. The house definitely needs a little updating, but for the price this house was worth it!

Water too cold in pool and dirty surface area, was no hot tub when it was listed. Trash bags would have been nice, no access to garage, and barking dogs next door.

Clean but

Clean, all the essentials but a few issues. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and the floor was better. All of the beds were awful. The only ice are trays to keep up with (not fun). And the grill is a charcoal grill (also not fun). But otherwise the house was as described. I should have read closer there was only one full bath with several adults was a pain. I souks not stay here again because of the beds and only one full bath but otherwise it was a good location, clean and nice place.

Thanksgiving 2023

Host was friendly and very responsive. House very spacious, but needs work on up keep/ cleanliness. One TV throughout the whole home and poor Wi-fi. Great neighborhood. Pool was a plus but weather did not allow use. Overall home is in great location to everything.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

Overall the house was comfortable. Cleanliness was up to par, thru out the property. Pool was a plus that’s why we rented the home to begin with, it was hot outside during our stay. All appliances worked and plenty of silverware to share. Family had a great time overall.

Not bad could be better

This house was pretty nice. Clean for the most part. Except for ants that swarmed the kitchen sink for some reason even after I cleaned out all the dishes.. pool was awesome, although it would’ve been nice if the home owner let us know when the pool guy was coming cause I didn’t know he was there one morning and I had no clothes on so that was embarrassing.. was upset there weren’t any tvs in any of the bedrooms and then the one tv in living room had barely any channels and the streaming service barely worked either… also didn’t like how I had to keep contacting the owner to adjust the temperature in the house… thats very bizarre and not only that, I asked for it to be on 70 and it never got below 71 so that’s just weird to me. Also thought it was odd that there was only 1 full bathroom available in the house… good thing it ended up being just me and my husband because there’s no way 4,5,6 people can fight over ONE SHOWER. Overall not a bad house but I would definitely choose a nicer house with a more communicative owner..

What a gem. Great home.

This property was absolutely beautiful, there were 6 of us & we were very comfortable with the size. The pool & the pool area was such a great bonus, we used the grill by the pool & enjoyed the evenings by the pool thanks to the Lanai which kept the bugs out. We were close to stores, gas stations & the airport. Gaining access to the property was easy as pie, communication was also awesome. Ms Ruthy was just a text away. This will be my go- to property whenever I'm in Orlando. We loved it. ❤️ Do yourself a favor and book this house. Such a quiet, safe & great neighborhood.

Wasn't what I expected

I didn't stay. I left the first day when I couldn't get anything on the tv and couldn't figure how to turn on some of the lights. I didn't think the lights should be that hard to turn on. We already asked for the air to be turned down

Nice stay

It was lovely here and the pool was nice and relaxing I would suggest to recommend the kitchen spices as well as the furniture in the rooms, the second floor didn’t have the night stands but overall it was fine. The host did reply quickly when needed help. However, I didn’t like that we needed to reach out to the host every time we needed to adjust the temperature in the house.

À dream comes true

Reserved a year ago, the dream become a reality for a wonderful month, sun, beach, pool, visits baseball game, basketball, themes parks, air boat ride etc..... Seriously think to come back in endless summer Florida and peaceful Ruthy’s house located in the middle of everything. À very big thank you for the care you take for us during our stay, and your big disponibility solving littles thinks like internet lost during one of our visit.... Well recommend.
