Guests are allowed to enjoy hot tub, go fishing (Lots of Bass), speakeasy, paddle boards, the best backyard lighting, entire property wifi network, yard games, and private tropical backyard. The home also offers 2 driveways allowing up to 8 vehicles with ease and has free street parking that's always available.

*Absolutely no water activities or using lake Paddleboards, kayaks, or boats past sunsets. *** All at your own risk.

*All guests must wear life jackets when utilizing the the water equipment.

Guest Access:
The entire property is fenced and gated. You have access to everything on the property except for the garages on either side of the house, which is storage for our cleaning team.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very close for traveling anywhere in Central Florida. Allows for easy transportation to any destination or travel plans.

Getting Around:
This home offers 2 gated driveways that can park over 8 vehicles. There is also parking available outside the gate.

*If you are an Electric Vehicle (EV, Tesla, Rivian, Fisker) driver we do have a Stage 2 fast charger (see pictures).
