This 66 m² apartment, just steps away from the harbor, the Foncillon neighborhood, and local shops, has been tastefully renovated. Bright and functional, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

Located on the 2nd floor, this downtown apartment will charm you with its location, comfort, pleasant decor, and light-colored hardwood floors. Opposite the entrance, a modern, open-concept kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, etc.) features ample storage, a breakfast bar, and two high chairs for chatting while you cook. An adjoining laundry room on the left is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, storage space, a drying rack, an iron, and more
To the left, the living area features a round dining table, four chairs, and a lovely sideboard. A sofa (which can be converted into a bed for a child), a coffee table, and a TV invite you to relax.
From the living room, you’ll access the sleeping area with its two bedrooms. One features a 160-size bed and a large wardrobe with sliding doors; the other has two 90-size beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom, featuring a comfortable walk-in shower, vanity unit, and towel warmer, rounds out the space.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The apartment is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi; a crib is available; pets are not allowed. Parking is free at the building’s entrance and in nearby spots.
Shops (bakery, pharmacy, boutiques, café, restaurants, mini-market) are within walking distance.
Other services, such as catering, beach towels, and/or other items, are available upon request.
