Incredible views and great location! Admire the views as you walk in thru the private entrance. The suite has it's own balcony, ample room for parking, king size bed, large flat screen TV, WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, two burner hot plate, outdoor grill, own heating and cooling (mini-split) system and a ceiling fan. Washer/dryer available. Includes a Red Rock Pass for access to the trailhead parking lots and a soft pack cooler and ice packs. There is no separate living room. And sorry, but no pets and no smoking on the premises.

Amazing place to stay!

The property is beautiful, very well kept, quiet and secure. The back patio is so peaceful and the views are just amazing. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed…the fridge and washer/dryer worked perfectly. The location is great with restaurants, shops and hiking very close. Mike is a wonderful host. He was super easy to reach when we had questions and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby hikes, restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend this property and definitely would love to return for a future visit to Sedona. If you need a perfect getaway, this is the place!

Awesome rental - Incredible hosts

I think the previous reviews have said it all, but here is another to add to the collection. Awesome property has everything you could need. The view is incredible from both the balcony and from the inside if it is cold/hot out. The pass is a great perk. Mike was able to advise on trail that led me out of Big Park Loop Trail to very close to the house. The area is a mountain bikers dream - ride right from the house. We really hope to be back here. Did not want to leave :). Mike is super accomidating to all needs. Feels like a throwback to the good old days of VRBO/Air B + B when the hosts really cared vs property managers of today. Book this one now.

Exceptional!

We loved staying here! Incredible red rock views, quiet location in an exceptionally nice neighborhood. The suite is very spacious (bigger than the photos show). Super clean, and everything is new and fresh. We watched hummingbirds and bluebirds right from the balcony. It was great to have a private washer/dryer and we used the grill every night. Mike is super friendly and quick to respond. We hope to be back again!

Perfect. Look forward to our next stay.

This was at least our 3rd stay with Mike at his wonderful property. There is not one thing to improve. The property is spotless. The views are spectacular. The location is great and Mike makes everything SO easy. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in the Sedona area.

Fantastic

This location exceeded our expectations in every respect. It starts with the beautiful view, but the accommodations were excellent and our contact, Mike, was very considerate and helpful. Couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Sedona oasis

Mike’s rental was amazing. The views were stunning while sitting on the deck enjoying the peacefulness of nature. Everything we needed was available in the suite. We did not cook or prepare meals but the cupboards were loaded with everything you would need. We had a wonderful time on would choose this for its proximity and view again. We could even access a great trail system around courthouse butte just few blocks from the house. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Perfect!

This was our first time to the area and WOW!! Absolutely stunning views from the bed with your own deck to enjoy morning coffee and sunset views. The size of the listing is perfect for 1-2 people and is a studio design. Snacks, waters, and a few coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Sedona climbing trip

Seriously awesome place to stay while enjoying the outdoor activities and natural beauty Sedona offers. Location is fabulous! Great views from the deck and close to trail heads, grocery stores, and restaurants. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable with a modern design. Hosts were so friendly and checked in to see if there was anything we needed during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again!

Another return stay at this amazing unit. Location is great, accommodation is excellent, and communication with host, Mike, is easy. Really love the views and quietness of this place. Excellent restaurant options nearby as well. Will return again!

Book Now!

Perfect place to stay for one or two! Located in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view! Away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona but an easy, quick drive there. Close to awesome hiking trails! Very clean with all the amenities (we didn’t plan on cooking). The room came with a Red Rocks Park Pass which is necessary when hiking around the area. An unexpected perk but so very nice to have! The owners are easy to work with and very responsive. Do not hesitate, book now!

Spring Break

The beginning of our trip started in Phoenix because weather in Sedona was still a bit cold. Our host. Mike kept in contact with us until we arrived a few days later than planned. Once we arrived in Sedona we checked in to our VRBO. House was very clean and the location was nice. Everything in the description was as described. Mike was a gracious host and answered any questions we had. Also supply this with a park pass so we could go on hikes for free. Would stay there again.

Incredible rental!

The property is beautiful and the views are spectacular. It is even better in person and incredibly clean. We loved the location, quiet but close to everything. We will definitely rent this property again!

Birthday trip

This is the best VRBO property we have ever rented. The views from the property were out of this world. The privacy, accessibility and cleanliness were worthy of 6 stars! Everything looks brand new. The location is away from city traffic but just a short drive to everything. Mike’s communication was quick and clear. Best trip ever!!!

Tranquility with a view!

Mike and Barb were great, quickly accommodating a couple additional requests that we had. They also had useful hiking trail tips and were wiling to answer my questions regarding their flora and fauna. :)

Perfect for 2!

Our stay was incredible. Mike was very responsive and assisted us with all of our needs! The place was so quiet and perfect for what we were looking for. The views were the best and it was so convenient to everything we wanted to explore and places we wanted to eat! I highly recommend Butterfly Burger, located in the village. It was our favorite meal and atmosphere by far! We will definitely be back!

Oak Creek a hidden gem

I cannot say enough about this place. It was everything and more. The place is amazing! From the high ceilings and doors, beautiful appliances to even a heater to dry you off after your shower. Check in was super easy and very straight forward. The Oak Creek Gem was immaculate and as soon as you enter the room its Wow! The room has an amazing view that greets you from your beautiful balcony window when entering the room. I also loved how close we were to the walking and bike trails. We could just walk from Mikes place right to the trails. Way more relaxing then trying to find a parking spot at some of the trails. I also liked how we were away from the busy area but still so close to all the conveniences. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed everything is high end and immaculate. If you like peace and quiet and really want to take in the real Sedona this is the place to do it.

Perfect Sedona Stay

This was the perfect rental for my husband and I. We stayed 3 nights and mainly came to Sedona for the hiking… with a bit of exploring the town and restaurants too. I don’t think the view from the balcony could possibly be best. Morning coffee out there was simply amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (and I am picky). Everything felt brand new and very clean. We didn’t have any issues or reasons to contact the host but he was responsive during check in/out. I don’t have a single complaint and would happily stay there again.

Paradise

This was a beautiful place to stay and experience Sedona for the first time. The views of the rocks were amazing, Stargazing on the balcony afforded wonderful views of shooting stars and passing satellites. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with every little thing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Brandnew, modern, super clean, tastefully furnished studio with a gorgeous view. Absolutely quiet surroundings, friendly helpful owners. So perfect. If I come back to Sedona, I will definitely book again.

MUST STAY!

This place deserves 6 stars. The place is better than the pictures. The view is a million dollar view! The deck is perfect for relaxing - peaceful, quiet and serene. Watch the hummingbirds! Bed is super comfortable. Owners were very accommodating. Loved the shower, felt like it was a massage every time. Plus the bathroom has a heater feature in it - fabulous. Washer and dryer were great to have and also owners gave us some delicious snacks which was a nice touch. Can’t recommend enough.

We are Mike and Barbara. Both of us are 40+ year AZ residents. We moved to Sedona from Flagstaff on July 1, 2020. Built our dream house with additional space to share with family, friends and guests. Mike is an Air Force veteran and currently works for a medical device company. Barbara is retired after a long career with FedEx. We love anything outdoors: hiking, biking, sunsets on the deck and road trips with our RV.
