The place was clean and comfortable. It was as described with no surprises. Neal was an excellent host, contacting with occasional check-ins to make sure all was well. Loved the location with excellent food options, especially Red Headed Stranger, which was my favorite! I was here for Americanafest and the central location was convenient to music venues in both East Nashville and downtown. will definitely book again for any future visits to Nashville.

This guest cottage was the perfect place to stay just minutes outside of Nashville! The description was accurate. We were close to everything, it was clean, comfortable and the host, Neal was great with communication right from the start. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. A very pleasant stay.

COCKROACHES in the couch, saw one in the bathroom. Makes me sick we stayed for 3 nights and found them as we were putting the pullout bed back together. I loved using VRBO and this is the only bad experience I have had with a stay, but it's REAL bad. Place was real real small and had poor air circulation they had a fan but it didn't work. Hate to leave a bad review but..

Cozy stay in East Nashville

A quick trip to Nashville, this was great location for easy trip to city without being in the middle of action ( which we prefer). Lots of great food options walkable and well equiped kitchen.

Absolutely Loved our stay

The place was perfect and extremely clean!! We had everything and more we needed! Lots of great fun places to eat. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!

Nashville Stay

Place was convenient to everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. May I recommend the Nashville Biscuit House for breakfast, awesome place to eat. Great area for foodies.

Cool little place.

Very small old garage remodeled nicely. Exactly as pics showed with nice outdoor space and lots of privacy on the back alley.

Nashville business trip

We were very pleased with our stay. It was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and downtown Nashville. The place was stocked with the essentials and was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as the pictures showed. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Nashville. We highly recommend this place!
