Fabulous stilted home! 0.4 miles to beach, Community pool!

Kick back and relax in this cool stilt house in Sunday Villas. Located on 11th St in Port Aransas you're close to the beach and a short walk or golf cart ride to town. The house faces the shared swimming pool with a large deck to sit and enjoy the beautiful Port A sunshine while the kids play in the pool. There’s even a spring latched gate on the deck so children can’t escape. Come and enjoy everything this house and community has to offer, you will never want to leave!
Livingroom:
Adorable beachy décor greets you with lots of light in this open floor plan kitchen/living room. Cozy but comfy living room has an overstuffed couch and an arm chair to relax while watching the Big Screen TV. FREE WIFI
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has an ensuite ½ bath and a queen size bed with Nautical Décor. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed for a family to share this room. There is a flat panel TV with Cable TV in both bedrooms. Fun Fun Fun is in store for the kiddos in the loft bedroom upstairs. There are 3 custom built twin beds with ocean scene bedding. The main bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. The ensuite ½ bath is in the master bedroom. There is also an outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Kitchen:
The Giant Marlin greets you in this kitchen that has all the creature comforts of home with stainless steel appliances. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here. This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There is a large round dining table to seat 8.
There is a beautiful pool at The Sunday Villas with plenty of pool furniture and loungers. There is lots of shade to hang out under the house and BBQ your catch of the day or good ole hamburgers and hot dogs. For downstairs dining there is a picnic table. Upstairs your large deck gets lots of sunshine and overlooks the swimming pool. There is a table with chairs to play cards or sip evening cocktails, or both. The washer/dryer is also downstairs There is parking for 2-3 vehicles depending on their size under the house and in the driveway. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool. Sorry, No Pets!

Very relaxing!

A perfect place to relax while at the beach with family. Very cozy, clean, easily accessible. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the ease of the keypad.

Great Escape!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This home was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with linens and essentials. It was easy to find and close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was right outside. Very peaceful and we had a great time. I would recommend and would stay again!

Fun family getaway

A very cute home in a great neighborhood! We had an opportunity to communicate with the property manager about an issue and it was efficiently and professionally addressed with maintenance. The beach was what we came for but staying in the home and enjoying the deck and the community pool was a sweet bonus! Would definitely stay again

Family Fun time at the beach!

Great rental but poor phone service and wifi connection

The decorations were so cute. We loved the round table that we were able to play games on at night. Everything went very smoothly from booking the place to checking out. We will definitely be booking again soon. We highly recommend this house.

Love This Little CASA!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location of this home. We have now stayed here twice and had great vacations. During this trip we had no dustpan to pick up all the sand but were able to sweep. The front combo lock fell apart but maintenance was there in 30 minutes to replace. Other than those two little issues I would definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion...bed pillows do not provide much support and could use some replacements.

Built for the Beach

Nice home space near the beach, great for vacation or fishing trips. Enough space for two families. All utilities and appliances worked well, home was clean and in decent condition. Only issue is parking - it can be tricky for two cars to find allowable spots near the home.

Fun At Port A

We have been there twice in the same place. We had a blast. The pool the first time was a bit unclean. The second time everything was perfect. They have a partner with some side by sides (carts), they deliver the day you get there and pickup the day you leave. If it happens to break down they fix or replace it. The housing was clean and weirdly enough smelled good everyday like the day we arrived. Definitely recommend.
