Absolutely beautiful spot to stay and our family of 8 adults was very comfortable and can’t wait to stay here again sometime. We had very good communication with the owner and the house was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The view of Superior was spectacular and we loved how private the property was. We liked how close it was to Grand Marais for shopping and eating and the were beautiful trails hike nearby as well.

It is a lovely home especially the large Living Room and Dining Room area with the large windows overlooking the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and glassware as well as all was very clean and organized. If redecorating a laundry would be a great addition. Host was very responsive.

Great house for a large family gathering, and the setting right on Lake Superior is perfect. We loved the kitchen, great room. The game room was a huge hit and we had many competitive pool matches.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us to spread out and relax. The view was absolutely spectacular and made the stay even more special. We also loved having the outdoor fire pit—it was such a nice bonus for relaxing together in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!There were a few minor issues that were reported to Carrie but nothing that would hamper a vacation is this beautiful home.

This home is beautiful with plenty of room for our big family ages 1 year (we had a birthday celebration for her there) to 73 years. The view of the Lake is phenomenal. It's easy to get to. There is a nice big kitchen with great dining table for everyone. Basically, everything you need for a wonderful family/group get together. We loved it!

Absolutely beautiful property to stay at! Perfect location, very close to Grand Marais, Gunflint, trails. Great amount of space for a large group. Would stay here again!

The house was warm and welcoming. We used the backyard/firepit area every night - it was an amazing place to watch the moon rise over the water.

Our 2nd time renting this house! Party of 12 which accomodated our group perfect with plenty of room to sleep along with cooking meals for 2 nights. Best views of the lake including beautiful view of the sunrise. Carrie is a great host and very responsive.

Lovely weekend getaway with close friends

This is my second time staying at this property and it’s even better than I remembered. It’s one of the most beautiful cabins I’ve ever stayed in and is right on Lake Superior. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun trip to the North Shore!

Excellent view of Lake Superior. Lots of room for two families of four. Comfy beds. We had an excellent time.

Amazing cabin

Went fishing and BBQ w/ the families & friends! And lots of rooms and spaces you won't regret it! Again what an amazing experience for a first timer hosting a beautiful cabin by Lake Superior!

Perfect Place for a Family Thanksgiving

The home was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving get-away! This home had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen (lots of plates, silverware, utensils, etc.), nice bedrooms and a large living room for everyone to relax and enjoy the holiday. Hopefully we can come back again soon!

Beautiful views and room for everyone!

This was a great rental with room to spare for everyone, closets galore! Gorgeous views and easy to contact helpful hosts. Convenient for us to run to Lutsen Mountains for daily skiing! Would definitely stay again!
