Lovely and close to the beach

Property is well cared for and has plenty of room. Good location for access to the bike trail and the bay too Large fenced in yard was great for our standard poodle. Had a couple of minor issues. Reached out to Manny, was super responsive and cared for them quickly so had no impact. enjoyment enjoyment.

Wonderful!

We have a wonderful time! The house was perfect! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had a good supply of dishes, great location! Zero complaints!!

Great overall stay and experience!!

We had a wonderful experience with our trip- the house was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. The detached room was perfect for extra sleeping, the screened in porch perfect for rainy days. Check in and check out was easy and convenient but most importantly the owner kept us well informed of details and recommendations, plus made himself very accessible for any questions or needs we had! Definitely recommend! Thank you Manny for making our stay more enjoyable!

Florida getaway

Sea y’all at the cape rental was one of the better homes we have stayed in. Check in was smooth and no contact. It was perfect for us (my husband and myself) and our dogs. There’s a fenced in yard and a sliding door right in the ‘master’ bedroom for easy in and out access for potty breaks. Manny was just a text away with any concerns/questions we had regarding the house, and was helpful. The beach was a bit of a walk, but an easy one. The backpack beach chairs (in the shed) were a big plus! We spent hours at the beach each day with the dogs- there is a leash law, so be aware of that. Port St Joe was a great tourist town and had a lot of restaurants and stores, unfortunately, it is not walking distance and requires a car (15 min drive). All and all it was a great vacation!

Beautiful house

Loved my stay at Manny’s Cape San Blas beach house. The house and property are beautiful and located conveniently between Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas. There is a short walk to the beach that faces Bay San Blas. The walk is through a beautiful neighborhood and everyone is super friendly. I loved that the property is dog-friendly because I love bringing my dog to the beach with me! The house itself is spacious and clean with a large fenced in yard. Manny is a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place on Cape San Blas!

Relaxing Vacation

The house was great short walk to the beach or short drive to another area of the beach. House very well stocked and even had beach things in shed. Very clean and over all just a great place. Definitely would be back Manny answered all questions quickly 💚

Perfectly Beachy

We had 5 people and one large dog. The beach was a bit of a walk but worth it for the pet friendly home and fenced in backyard. The driveway was large enough for our pontoon boat and two vehicles. Noone had any complaints as it was just perfect for us.

Peaceful stay in cape San Blas

Incredible place! We had a wonderful 5 days in cap San blas. The house was everything we needed for our crew of 7(2adults, 4 teens and dog). Plenty of space with a great backyard. Everything was clean and had plenty of kitchen equipment to grill and cook for all. Not to far from everything and best of all very quiet. Thanks Manny. Hope to see u again soon.

Incredible location, house, amenities and owners

We could not have asked for a better vaction spot. From the curated amenities and recommendations to the room to spread out as a family. Really close to beach and bay, close to restaurants and shopping. The owners were incredible. Beautiful home. Highly recommended.

AMAZING AND SOOOO WORTH IT

This was a great experience from the time we stepped into the house. The check in process was totally painless. The house was well organized and super clean. Beds were great. Our dogs absolutely loved the backyard!!! Manny was easy to get a hold of and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!!

Beach Home Away From Home

From the moment we stepped inside this beautifully appointed home and lamps were turned on for our after dark arrival, I knew everything was going to be wonderful. Attention has been given to the smallest details...for example, there are nightlights throughout the entire house. The fully fenced backyard offers privacy and a greatly appreciated secure area for pets. The owner is very welcoming and quick to respond. He truly wants to make your stay delightful. The location was very convenient and we greatly enjoyed our three week stay.

Location

Loved the house, it was clean and comfortable. Didn't like the laundry in the Pool House with no air conditioning. The walk to the bay and the beach were overgrown with weeds. Too difficult to get to. Some items in the house needed instructions on use, we figured things out but like the garbage disposal (push button on counter top and flip switch under the counter) The temperature in the house wouldn't stay set and would be at 76 degrees and no one had touched it, happened several times. Also can't open the washer unless it is turned on first. So mainly just confusing. But the house was nice and well kept. I won't stay there again only because of the difficulty getting to the beach and the bay.

Great house & yard

We loved the house and yard. The layout of the ranch house was so perfect for a toddling child and so nice not to have stairs to lug our things up. Manny was so responsive any time we had a question. Great beach chairs and a wagon to use at the beach - what a bonus! The neighborhood beach was not crowded and beautiful. We loved our stay!

Easy Access to Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe & Indian Pass

We love the Cape and this was a great stay for Memorial Day Weekend. Thank you, Manny for hosting us. We could get to anywhere we wanted to be in minutes.

Don't pass this up - it's a gem!

The exterior of this property is just ho-hum. Don't be deceived by that - expecially if you are vacationing with your dogs. The home is spacious, spotlessly clean, and impressively outfitted. The beds were comfortable and ample linens and extra pillows were available. The kitchen - well, I have to say, I was really impressed. We've stayed in rental homes where the owner clearly expected renters to walk away with some of their property, so little was spent on amenities. NOT this owner. A lovely multi-function air fryer, Cuisinart toaster, Wolfgang Puck pots and pans, and Emeril Lagasse knives and a duo coffee maker. Nice stuff, in good condition - made cooking meals here a pleasure. We didn't use the outdoor grill (we don't really know what to do with charcoal...), but it was there. The property is in a great location - mid-way between the state park and Port St. Joe - it was quick and easy to get to both, as well as Indian Pass and beyond. We didn't find it convenient to walk to the beach from the house - there had been alot of rain and getting to the bay side required slogging through mud puddles or private property. Getting to the gulf side - that was before we got bug spray and the gnats drove us back home. But the public beach access was near enough so we opted for that. Now for the really important stuff. Our dogs (3, pretty big) are our kids. This yard was huge and our dogs explored every inch. One of my big worries on a beach vacation is those little burrs/stickers that seem to be everywhere in the sand. Breaks my heart when one of my dogs stops and holds his foot up because he's encountered one of those. THERE WERE NO STICKERS IN THE YARD. None. It was a pleasure to play out there with our kids and not have to worry about that. Shortcomings of the property are few: The stones in the floor of the master shower are hard to stand on comfortably (perhaps we just have tender feet?). Took us some effort to switch from streaming to Dish, so maybe some instructions on that would be helpful. Not property related: The island seems to have a rat (maybe they call them mice) problem. And bring BUG SPRAY! The gnats are terrible. I would love to stay in this home again. It felt like we were truly welcome (we, humans and dogs) and that is important. We love this area of the coast and enjoyed contributing to their comeback after Hurrican Michael.
