It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a main room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV opening onto a balcony with a sea view, a recently fitted kitchenette with a stove with a vitro hob + electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer.
An alcove sleeping area with a 140cm bed closed by a curtain and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Relax and enjoy a refreshing drink!
For your comfort, the flat has a private parking space.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
