Lakeview cabin close to bike/hiking trails, the Allegheny River and more.

Our cabin is located in a quiet, private cabin community surrounding a beautiful lake. There is one bedroom and an open loft. Picture yourself have your morning coffee or evening wine on the big front porch looking at the lake. You can take it easy and relax in the middle of nature or you can fish, bike, hike, canoe or kayak all within minutes of the cabin. There are breweries, wineries, golfing and historic places to tour all around, as well. Perfect for couples, families and getaways with friends. We provide free wi-fi and we have a TV with a Firestick to enjoy your favorite shows. We have a fire pit available to sit around at night to roast s’mores, as well. This is a quiet community and we do not allows parties to occur at the cabin during your visit. A maximum of six guests are allowed for the entire stay. We ask that you bring your own towels. We do provide all of the bed linens for your stay.
The wood burning stove cannot be used. For rentals in the winter, it would be best if you have a four wheel drive vehicle. Roads in the community can get challenging in bad weather.

Really enjoyed my and my Wife's stay. Cabin was well supplied and laid out. View from porch of lake and Forrest was was continually breath taking. Lake was loaded with fish while location was close to golf courses. Bring kayaks since lake is motorless. Would strongly consider a return stay next fall.

We absolutely loved this place. The homecwas perfect and loved the location. Close to a few stores but felt like we were not near any towns. Very quiet location. Saw many dear in the yard. There are houses close but not too close. We loved sitting on the front porch just relaxing when we could. The view is overlooking the lake. Will absolutely stay here again.

The cabin is very nice and cozy. Very well maintained with a back porch and a front porch with a beautiful view of a pond across the street. There’s a fire pit, which was nice. We enjoyed that. You will see deer! The neighborhood is very quiet so it was easy to relax there. Lots of dishes and silverware available. We really wanted for nothing except, no microwave. There is a toaster oven, but it didn’t help when my coffee got cold. But other than that great place and would like to go back again.

We truly enjoyed our family vacation with 3 generations together. Loved the front porch overlooking the lake, spending mornings there with a cup of coffe. My grandson and I "conquered" the island. Remember to bring dishcloth, salt/pepper and any spices....we forgot these details. Glad I took my coffee! It was a blessing enjoying our 4 days there. Miss it already.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at the cabin. We caught fish in the pond, the walk around the pond was about a mile or so . Firepit was great , plenty of firewood. Great location . Friendly community . Would definitely stay again!

Cabin was very comfortable loved all the bears just made me smile!! Enjoyed sitting on the porch having coffee. Great place to relax with my sister close to the trail we went bike riding. Would definitely stay there again

great mid week get a way!

we stayed at this wonderful cabin to ride the nearby rtt along the Allegheny river. the cabin is beautiful and so comfortable.

Lovely hideaway

What a gorgeous and serene area to stay. Nestled in its own community of cabins, with a small lake is a quaint cottage, with caring owners. The fire pit was set up to start a fire.

Lakeview cabin

We found the cabin clean, comfy, and cozy. It had everything we needed! The hosts were great. We enjoyed exploring the area and found the Allegheny Grille a nice place to eat.

Great Location

Great access to surrounding areas outdoor activities, nice view, quiet mornings to enjoy natures sounds. Fun neighbors and quite the impressive 4th fireworks display.

Owners of the home were very accommodating to our stay. From walking into the cabin the vibe was very homey and was well furnished to enjoy the stay. Very very clean. The view was amazing and we definitely will be returning! Highly recommended. The only downfall was that we had to leave and return to reality.

Perfect getaway

We had a great time and loved the location. We went fishing at clear creek state park during the day and had a fire at the cabin after. I forgot things for smores and when we showed up the owners left us some on the counter which was a nice surprise! The cabin was nice and cozy and would love to stay here again

We looked all over for a cabin to enjoy as a family. We kept coming back to this community and we are so happy that we purchased it. We love spending time together as a family. We enjoy biking, hiking, checking out wineries, restaurants and hanging out by the lake with our friends.

We chose this cabin because we wanted to be able to get away while still being close to home near Pittsburgh. We fell in love with the view of the lake immediately. We like to check out different parts of PA and this cabin is close to some of our favorite spots. Life is truly better at the lake.
