Just a reminder that this is a 31 day, at minimum, property.

Lovely amenities with detail to exceptional expectations. Gorgeous, Air-conditioned, San Roque home. Walk or ride your bike to everything! Hiking and mountain bike trails, to restaurants, grocery shopping, and to the beach!
Fresh flowers delivered weekly. Picnics arranged at the Rose Garden and childcare for special occasions. Photo session at your favorite location is another highlight! Bring your Tesla… We have the charging cable. And, our hens will happily give you fresh, organic eggs daily!

Croquet, Ping Pong and Cornhole are set up for your enjoyment. Professional outdoor string lights illuminate the front and backyard. A gas fireplace is surrounded by Adirondack chairs to enjoy conversation and sipping your favorite beverage.

Our home is deep cleaned and no smoking is allowed inside of our home. All of our linens are professionally laundered. The downstairs offers original hardwood floors. Our home was built in 1929. Well behaved pets welcome.

The noise ordinance in Santa Barbara is 10:00pm. Please be aware that outdoor enjoying will need to be moved indoor at 10:00pm to abide by the Santa Barbara laws.

For your safety, there are outdoor Arlo cameras outside at the front door, the backdoor, side gate and parking area.

Comfortable, quiet, charming, walkable

My husband and I loved our stay in this charming home in the delightful San Roque neighborhood. It was the perfect home base for all of our Santa Barbara adventures. Comfy bed. Walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to get to the beach, hiking, downtown, to the highway, up to wine country. And Jennifer is a great host!

Fabulous House, Gorgeous Yard

The house is very nice with everything you could need on an extended stay. The homeowners are super nice and have thought of everything. We enjoyed meeting them when they would stop by to do a little yard work real quick. The backyard is gorgeous and perfect for a family get together. We had some weekend visitors stay with us for a night or two and the extra beds were very nice to have in casita and attic space. We enjoyed many meals outside and every used the grill a few times. A wonderful trip and we hope to be back next summer!

Wonderful Hosts - Home Away from Home!

Owners/Hosts Angus and Jennie offer a lovely home in a charming, walkable neighborhood. Short drive to variety of eateries, beaches, parks, downtown. Short walk to doggie park, nearby Catholic Church. We enjoyed meeting various neighbors as we walked the neighborhood. The home is clean, quiet - the backyard (and it's Mountain View) is sensational for morning coffee, evening beverage and recreation. Our dog loved romping in the backyard and saying "hello" to Jennie and Angus when they were doing landscape work. The front yard chickens are fun to watch every day. Regular cleaning and fresh flowers were so nice, as was the holiday decorations when we arrived. Angus and Jennie were incredibly responsive to the few minor questions/issues - and frequently went above and beyond. They are the gold standard for hosts!

Perfect family retreat

The house is just wonderful. Every detail is thought of with this property -- from the stocked kitchen, to beach towels, and the fantastic back yard. We spent Christmas week at the house with my 83 year-old mother who was in heaven in the master bedroom suite. Jenny the owner was very communicative and even had a decorated Christmas tree in the house upon our arrival, so the holiday cheer was all around. The chickens in the front yard were a delight and the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and a lovely area to take long walks with the dog. We will for sure be coming back to stay!

Amazing property in beautiful neighborhood

This is a gorgeous home in a lovely neighborhood. The host Jennifer went out of her way to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. The house is terrific, the yard is fantastic, they even have chickens :-) Location is very good, easy to get anywhere in Santa Barbara while also being able to walk to some stores and restaurants. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay here.

Wonderful Stay!

If you are looking for an impressive place to stay in Santa Barbara, rent this property! Really wonderful house with a backyard that is inviting and functional. I stayed here with a group of colleagues for a work function in the area and there was plenty of room for our group of six. The owner was lightening fast with her communication and very accommodating. We enjoyed dinner in the cool Santa Barbara evening every night at the outdoor table and loved the fully stocked kitchen as we cooked breakfast and dinner daily during our stay. The house was very clean with thoughtful touches like baby oil to get that Santa Barbara tar off your feet after visiting the local beaches. Great stay!

Wonderful stay!

We were a family group of 7 of various ages and we all had a great time! We enjoyed the backyard sitting area as well as the table tennis. The TJ's was convenient and the kitchen was well appointed. The property was very prompt in responses and amenable to an extended checkout time. We would come back again!

Beautiful Getaway

This property was GREAT!!! It was nice, relaxing and beautiful! The kids had so much fun eating outside, playing ping pong and loved seeing the chickens every morning. We definitely want to stay here again!!

Best Family Trip to Santa Barbara

This home was the best home for our long awaited family vacation. Not only was the location so close to everything we wanted to do, but it was so comfortable that we really enjoyed our time at the house. The backyard is amazing and our family had lunch and dinner outside every day. Our kids really liked the upstairs. This home is perfect for family gatherings and we had enough space for my parents, my sister, and my family. The host was also super responsive to my phone calls and texts throughout my stay.

Perfect place to connect with family

We had such a great stay at this lovely home in San Roque. The house is comfortable and well equipped and the backyard especially is jaw droppingly beautiful. We had everything we needed and had such a fun vacation.

Perfect!

The home was perfect for our group of 10 friends! It had everything you needed and then some - super clean, comfy beds, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, sonos speakers, ping pong table, etc. Super charming and lovely neighborhood. Multiple areas in and around the home to gather and hang out! Communication with the owner was quick and accommodating. They also provided great information and recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, great neighborhood

We loved our stay! Jennifer was available and so welcoming, helpful and flexible. The house fit our group of 7 comfortably and we loved the backyard and fire pit. The neighborhood is family friendly, quiet and walking distance to coffee shops and stores. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fun in the Sun

We’ve been staying at VRBO properties for over 20 years and this is among the best homes we’ve stayed at. The home is better than the photos- full of character and thoughtfully laid out for guests. We loved the small but notable touches: fresh flowers, cold drinks, outdoor recreational activities. We enjoyed both the front and back yards for relaxing and family bonding. Great stay!

This was a beautiful property to stay on! The backyard is GORGEOUS and exactly as the photos described with a beautiful outdoor table and patio area. Jenny was very helpful - we had a small plumbing problem and she was on site within 20 mins and got it fixed within a few hours. Would absolutely recommend!

Charming, Well-Appointed Home

Incredibly charming Tudor home with extensive private outdoor space. Eclectic decor and features throughout the home. Very nice fire pit / outdoor patio and dining areas, along with enclosed front yard with lawn. Perfect for our small family.

Jennifer was very accommodating during our stay and was quick to respond with any questions. The property was beautiful, clean and overall a great place to stay in Santa Barbara!

Review of east raque

Overall we we were excited to stay here when we viewed the place. I’m getting married and thought that this place would be great. No were on the website did it state anything about time for noise complainants. There were issues with the security camera and speaker. I highly discourage this venue. We payed for 3 days and only stayed for one day. If this is the level of conduct that a business conducts them I highly suggest for y’all not to stay at this location.

The city of Santa Barbara has a noise curfew. Yelling profanities at 1:30am violates the noise ordinance as well as the respect for our neighbors. We want everyone to have fun. We ask that all guests respect the city ordinances just as we do. Rules and laws have to be followed. I’m sorry.

Fabulous house

This house has so many special touches and so charming. Spotless and relaxing atmosphere. We didn’t have time to enjoy all it had to offer. Start to finish this was a fabulous house and Jennifer was quick to respond and was the most accommodating host I’ve dealt with. A must stay!!! Will be back!!

Ah-MAZING!!!!!

My 80 year old parents met us in SB for a family visit! This home is GORGEOUS inside and OUT!!! The beds are comfortable, the home is impeccably designed, the home is stocked with any tools you may need to create a comfy atmosphere. My dad, who is a man of few words, could not stop sharing how much he enjoyed his time there!! The home has a wheelchair accessible entrance, which was a MUST for my mom. A truly memorable time spent in this lovely home!!! 💕
