Wow! Hands down the most wonderfully appointed vacation rental we have stayed in. Andy was an amazing host who greeted us in person and wanted nothing more than to make sure our stay was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with wonderful snacks and drinks and the entire space was clean and very well maintained. Location could not have been better with easy access to the lake and downtown yet set in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will not hesitate to stay here again.Thanks for the wonderful stay, Andy & Ren!

Best Ever!

This was an amazing experience. Such a beautiful home with a great host. We were shocked that they even stocked the pantry and fridge with things. Everything was perfect.

Great Stay

Modern, clean with all the amenities you may need. Close to downtown and half a block from a great public park and beech. We had a wonderful stay!

Family lake trip

Impeccable, attention to detail was unlike any other properties that we've visited! The property was listed as luxury, that understates what this stay was. Bed were clean and comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was stocked beyond anything we could have expected!

Anniversary Getaway

Ren is so welcoming and kind. We had an amazing time and could not recommend this spot enough. Every detail from the fireplace, to the robes, and rain head shower. It was such a cozy and luxurious stay. Also the location is perfect and walkable to everything.

Property was nice, new, and well maintained. Nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of almost anywhere you want to go while visiting. Hosts were super nice people and even brought us a fresh loaf of homemade sour dough bread. If you're looking to spend some time in CDA, this property makes a perfect temporary headquarters for your adventures.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a wonderful experience from the start. Ren was a complete host from beginning to end. This VRBO was the cleanest and best stocked place I have stayed in. Lots of goodies and drinks. Very comfortable and close to activities and restaurants. Perfect for my stay!

Absolutely Amazing stay!

We were over the moon with our experience at this property. Ren was more than helpful during our stay. Every detail into this property and our stay made us feel comfortable. Beautiful Home near Downtown

I really enjoyed staying at Ren's place! She went above and beyond by stocking the fridge and pantry with complimentary food and beverages. The location was perfect and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Ren also provided great recommendations to various restaurants! It was a great experience and I highly recommend stay here!!!

Wonderful location and very comfortable!

Ren is very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect for walking downtown and hitting all of the great spots. The bed is amazingly comfortable, as well as the fold out couch. Everything is clean and spotless. Toiletries are available and high quality, as well as the linens and towels. I’m sure we will be back again.

Amazing property & Ren is great!

It’s very unusual to find a property that in person is better than the images. In the past I’ve often wondered what angles the images were taken from or how old they were after my arrival. This was not the case here. The property manager Ren was there to great us on our arrival and graciously showed us around.

Modern & clean & perfect location!

My husband and I enjoyed 2 nights over 4th of July and loved our stay (first time ever in Idaho!). The house has a perfect location, next to the tree-filled city park, lake beach & Main Street. The well-appointed one bedroom was extremely comfortable with bamboo sheets, air purifier/sound machine, food & drink staples (& luxury goods) and wonderful bathroom products. Ren greeted us when we arrived (early) and filled us in on the house & location and made sure we had everything we needed, including cool A/C during the heat wave. The fireworks display from a resort boat was lovely and once it was done we were back “home” in under 10 minutes due to the close proximity. We will recommend this vrbo spot to family & friends!

A *MUST* stay in Coeur d'Alene!!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this property, our experience, or the host, Ren. This property is in an excellent location, close to the lake and Sherman Ave. (a hotspot for all things downtown CDA). The space is gorgeous, featuring so much natural light, and no detail was left out. The entire space is created for a true home away from home feeling, with all amenities you could ask for included. Ren even provided food and drinks in a well-stocked kitchen. Upon arrival, Ren shared her top recommendations for nearby restaurants, and this helped us choose from the large variety in the area. I am already looking forward to our next visit and will forever choose this location to stay in! P.S. As a photographer, this is a dream location to shoot in as well :)

A wonderful get-away in Coeur d'Alene

This property was one of the best I've stayed in. The host was fabulous with some nice welcome touches, easy communication and a few extra treats. The accommodation themselves were top-notch. From the main floor apartment to the smaller, studio size upstairs, the finishes, kitchen appointments, furniture, etc. were all first class and very tastefully done. We were two couples and it was the perfect setting. It was also only a 10 min walk to downtown restaurants, parks and the water. If/when we visit CDA again, this property is at the top of our list. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Exceptional!

We have stayed at numerous VRBOs across the US, as well as several in England. Fort Grounds was hands down the nicest accommodations we have ever had the privilege to use. The home is beautifully furnished; exceptionally clean; located in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance to the lake, resort, lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Ren, is amazing- she went above and beyond, stocking the fridge and cupboards with more than just essentials and treated us to the best home-baked sourdough bread we have ever had. She was very responsive and helpful, not to mention a joy to talk with and a wealth of knowledge. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Ren for an amazing experience!

Home Sweet Home

This property was absolutely delightful! It was clean, modern, and beautiful! It had all the comforts of home - from a fridge and pantry stocked with luxe essentials while traveling, plush bathrobes, and the most comfortable beds and linens! The owners are absolutely lovely and were very easy and pleasant to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home

This house is adorable, new, very clean and well decorated and stocked. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It’s in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to the water and a quick drive to downtown full of restaurants and shops. I will stay here again!
