The bright open plan kitchen, dining, and living area allows for quality family time. Relax and unwind with a movie or show on the Firestick, or have a BBQ on the deck. This second-floor walk-up features a fully stocked kitchen, a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and 2 walk-in closets, and adjoining 4-piece bathroom. The den features a twin bed with a trundle, making our property the perfect affordable vacation for families. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, complete with supplies.

The property is perfect for couples, small groups and people travelling with children.

Trains are a factor of life in all Canadian mountain towns. From the very beginning Canmore was built around the train line, including 90% of the local hotels and condos in town, which means that this property is along a train line, however, it is very well insulated against sound. Bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the train line and the train should not disturb even the lightest of sleepers. Watching the trains go past is actually quite fascinating and not just for the train buffs! Please read our guest reviews for previous insight.

Unforgettable View

What a wonderful place! Stayed here for 2 nights with my parent & my wife and everyone was beyond pleasant & very convenient. The view from the back patio is to be remembered for life! Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Mountain Views

Great apartment for a family getaway to the Rockies. Spacious and well equipped. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the views of Three Sisters peaks as well as spotting the trains passing by.

Good location. Canmore is a good starting location to access all the National Parks in the area and you can get there quickly from Calgary. The apartment was within easy walking distance of downtown as well. The apartment amenities worked great for us and it was an amazing view of the mountains outside the windows. We enjoyed our stay in Canmore.

We enjoyed our stay at Charla's very much. The living area has incredible view and great balcony with a bbq. Excellent location right behind a Save on Food and Safeway, lots of restaurants and an Asian convenient store right downstair. Would stay here again next time we travel to Banff.

We stayed one night and it was comfy for our needs. If you’re a light sleeper or like to leave the windows open for fresh air, you might have trouble with the trains which are right out back.

Great place, great location. Close to all the great spots in Canmore, and grocery stores, restaurants etc. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Next time we're in the area, would definitely like to stay here again!

Rockies Rentals is so incredible to deal with. We stayed at Summit Place 2B - LOCATION & VIEW FROM BALCONY ARE PERFECT! It made our dream vacation the best it could have been. I highly suggest renting from Rockies Rentals, as you will not leave disappointed!

We stayed here for one night everything was great. The place was easy to find access was easy and it was clean and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to shopping grocery restaurants and bars - maybe only a 7 minute walk. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We had 3 night and it was perfect. The unit very nice and clean. It took 7mins walk to Canmore downtown. Definitely recomend people to stay.

Great property!

We visit Canmore often, but had not stayed here before, and it turned out to be perfect for us. The place is spacious and had everything we needed (kitchen tools, TV, board games, etc). Our kids loved the hidden bedroom and being able to watch the trains from the balcony. The views were excellent. It was also spotlessly clean when we arrived. This will be our first choice to book when we return to Canmore.

The location is good, it's close to the city, but rail road is literally next to the window and gets pretty loud every time cargo train passes by. The place itself is very old and outlived itself long time ago. There was no extra towels, nor paper towels or toilet paper. I think it's overpriced but I will give it 4 stars only because location was close to everything.

We had a great time while staying at the place

We are three adults who spent 5 days there while skiing in Banff and Lake Louise. The unit is well maintained and we are happy. The kitchen is good and we cooked our dinner/breakfast most of the days. There is a Safeway supermarket and a liquor store within walking distance, really convenient. There is a training passing-by infrequently but it didn't bother us at all.

Great place to stay for a Canmore Getaway

We loved our time at this condo. Everything was very clean and seemed recently updated. It came equipped with everything that we needed and more. The location was great, just a short walk to downtown and great mountain views from the living room and balcony. Our son loved the secret room for his bedroom. Our only concern when we booked was the proximity to the train tracks and it turned out to be a non-issue. It didn't wake us up once in the night, and our son loved to count the cars when they went by in the evening. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Canmore.

Love the location, the stairs are really not so bad. Some reviews make it sound like it's such a climb up but it's really not so bad, unless you have mobility issues, of course. But we actually loved that you have a little space to leave your shoes before going up the stairs as we have a no-shoes-inside home. The place was spotless so we felt comfortable to let the baby crawl (with supervision as there's the stairs).. It says on the listing there's a pack n play and I couldn't find it. I know a quick message would have fixed it but honestly didn't feel we need it THAT much. We cosleep and we don't usually use a pack n play when we travel anyway so it wasn't a big deal. It might not have been in the unit or I'm simply blind, so if you absolutely need it, I suggest reaching out to them prior to check in to help you should you need the pack n play. Wish we stayed more days. Really couldn't hear the train from the bedroom. Actually loved watching the train from the living room and balcony.

Vacances en famille

Bien situé, belle vue.Belle grandeur. Tout le monde avait son espace. Merci de laisser des ingrédients de cuisine (sel, poivre, huile, etc). Les ventilateurs portatifs ne fonctionnaient pas et les ventilateurs au plafond étaient très poussiéreux. Sinon très beau séjour.
