This house is cleaned per COVID-19 standards between guest to ensure a healthy and safe stay.
Awesome location with views of agate bay. 400 feet from best pizza in town. 900 feet from Castle Danger Brewery and paved Sonju Trail to Burlington bay. Lake County Historical Depot Museum across the street and 3M Birthplace Museum 2 blocks away. Watch the ore boats from the living room or walk the breakwater and be up close. Enjoy perfect bedroom temp with independent thermostats in each bedroom.

Beautifully Comfortable

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The property itself was beautifully maintained and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was cozy and inviting. I especially enjoyed the fireplace, which was perfect for braving the cold.

Up North Christmas

Loved the location saw a couple of ships come in. We went to Back Forty books & enjoyed reading in the evening by the fireplace. Very walkable area, so enjoyed having garage to avoid scraping frost in AM.

Excellent Spot

This is a great location and excellent property. It is clean and welcoming. The location is perfect for taking walks or exploring the North Shore. There are several boutiques, restaurants and adventures within walking distance. There are great little amenities that are not listed. Great stay!

Great location

This was a perfect location for traveling with dogs. It was close to lots of open grass space and a great walking path along the water. Very clean and quiet neighborhood close to downtown Two Harbors.

Very nice rental

Well appointed, comfy furniture, good lighting, well stocked kitchen, top of the line appliances, in town location within walking distance to the brewery , lighthouse, break wall and restaurants. Close to several state parks and a short drive to Duluth. A little longer to Grand Marais but worth it.

Enjoyed our stay

House was a described. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. It is a good location for getting to the State Parks, etc. Busy week for the ore boats coming and going. Fun to watch. Highly recommend Agate Bay Cottage.

Fun and relaxing vacation

Great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked. Nice location. Perfect place for people traveling with dogs. This is our second stay and we will be back. Excellent beds for great sleeping.

Awesome place to stay

This is a perfect spot for my son and I to vacation. We each have our own bathroom and our own bedroom. It is so much fun to see the barges coming and going from our front room. We can conveniently get to all of the waterfalls and their trails. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

Perfect base for North Shore

This place is great for a girls trip, 2 couples, 1 couple or a family with kids. Two Harbors is a lovely small town with a good variety of casual dining, a great view of Lake Superior and short drives to state parks for hiking or biking The home is very clean and comfortable. I will certainly book this one again when I’m visiting the area. High marks for a great stay!

Great launching point to the north shore

We stayed at this property for grandmas marathon and it was great to have an escape from the madness. 15 minutes to gooseberry falls and a quick 30 to Duluth. Having agate beach, Burlington beach and castle danger blocks away was a huge plus. The home was well appointed and we appreciated the abundance of blankets, pillows, towels and towel hooks. The home was very clean too.

Relaxing and quiet

This was our second time here. I like how close it is to the lake, yet out of the way enough from the main road through town for a bit of solitude. Looking forward to come here again.

Spring Break

We love the North Shore and exploring. The location of Agate Bay Cottage is convenient and great for all experiences. The house is clean and cozy with a woodstove and open floor plan. We loved the ability to cook and bake. We made cookies our first night! The best part was being able to enjoy time together leisurely with our two dogs. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay

We’ve stayed at this property several times and it is always so clean and comfortable. Location is great-walking distance to so many fun places in Two Harbors. A great place to relax after a day of North Shore adventures!

Beautiful cottage with great location

A group of us used this as a base for a winter hiking trip. It's great location within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. It's a beautiful cottage. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricey.

Great location !

Place was just as described. Close to downtown to grab a pizza or walk to a bar for a cocktail. And comfortable living room with gas stove to relax in the evening.
