Fantastic snowcation
My family had a wonderful time staying here during our visit to Snowshoe Mountain. The room was just as described, and accommodated our needs well. It was the perfect location, and was very close to Starbucks as well as a bunch of restaurants and shops located in the village. Would definitely stay here again.

The Property was clean and well kept. It is in a great location. Just need to remember that it is on the ground floor of a hotel so can be a bit loud at times.

As expected
This was the second time we've stayed at Rimfire, but first in this unit. Everything was clean and stocked. This is big enough for two adults and a child or two. Ski locker is small. We could barely fit two snowboards, without boots or helmets. Our third we had to leave on the porch with a lock. The best part of this rental is the location. We've stayed at a lot of different places at Snowshoe. Rimfire is perfect for a quick trip. It's convenient to almost everything.

Perfect spot!
This is the best place for our family to stay. Accessible everywhere. The Village is just outside. Pool is just walking distance.
It is perfect for family with bikers,the lift is very close so that my husband can have a lunch and snack with us during biking. I can just easily walk outside and shop too while he is on the trail.
This place is also very clean. I got everything for cooking.

As Advertised but Noisy
Pros: Great location, unit was as advertised and clean, staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. Cons: The building is incredibly noisy. The entire stay it felt as though those staying above us were about to come through the ceiling. For context I am currently living in an apartment building and have been for several years so I am used to hearing people in the units around me but I still found the noise unbearable. Any conversations from the hallway can be heard clearly in the main living space and the unit is a couple of doors down from a stairwell for the building which has a fire door that sounds as though a gun is going off every time it closes, the door is used frequently and as the elevators are usually backed up due to COVID-19 regulations. If you are planning on having anyone stay in the main living space on the pull out couch I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Finally, the building was under construction during our stay which was not indicated to us when we booked the property. The construction was substantial and consisted of flooring and baseboards ripped up right outside the unit. I would not recommend this property.
