RIMFIRE 160 - 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath with a full kitchen and living room with gas fireplace and 55 inch TV Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

As expected

This was the second time we've stayed at Rimfire, but first in this unit. Everything was clean and stocked. This is big enough for two adults and a child or two. Ski locker is small. We could barely fit two snowboards, without boots or helmets. Our third we had to leave on the porch with a lock. The best part of this rental is the location. We've stayed at a lot of different places at Snowshoe. Rimfire is perfect for a quick trip. It's convenient to almost everything.

Fantastic snowcation

My family had a wonderful time staying here during our visit to Snowshoe Mountain. The room was just as described, and accommodated our needs well. It was the perfect location, and was very close to Starbucks as well as a bunch of restaurants and shops located in the village. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

This is the best place for our family to stay. Accessible everywhere. The Village is just outside. Pool is just walking distance. It is perfect for family with bikers,the lift is very close so that my husband can have a lunch and snack with us during biking. I can just easily walk outside and shop too while he is on the trail. This place is also very clean. I got everything for cooking.

The Property was clean and well kept. It is in a great location. Just need to remember that it is on the ground floor of a hotel so can be a bit loud at times.

As Advertised but Noisy

Pros: Great location, unit was as advertised and clean, staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. Cons: The building is incredibly noisy. The entire stay it felt as though those staying above us were about to come through the ceiling. For context I am currently living in an apartment building and have been for several years so I am used to hearing people in the units around me but I still found the noise unbearable. Any conversations from the hallway can be heard clearly in the main living space and the unit is a couple of doors down from a stairwell for the building which has a fire door that sounds as though a gun is going off every time it closes, the door is used frequently and as the elevators are usually backed up due to COVID-19 regulations. If you are planning on having anyone stay in the main living space on the pull out couch I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Finally, the building was under construction during our stay which was not indicated to us when we booked the property. The construction was substantial and consisted of flooring and baseboards ripped up right outside the unit. I would not recommend this property.

Convenient location

Excellent location in the village. Plenty of space for 4. Clean and well appointed. Will certainly rent again.
