Super place to stay!

The house was so comfortable and had an ample space for our stay. The outdoor hot tub, comfortable dining space and location made for a great stay. We’re hoping to return again!

Well Located, Great Community

The home is in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of community amenities and well set up for a vacation rental.

Had a great stay! Neighborhood location was great--quick drive into downtown PC. We were very comfortable having our pup with us but didn't feel like the unit was "doggy" in any way.

Awesome home

Our two week stay here was easily the best home we’ve stayed in over the past few years - clean, comfortable beds, club house, hot tub, garage, views, convenience to amenities, etc. We will return in the future

Comfortable unit in convenient location

We were a couple of families with 3 adults and 3 teenage kids, and we were very comfortable in this condo. The condo is spacious, the kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are good. The beds are also comfortable. As mentioned in previous reviews the cleanliness is not perfect as the sofa and some surfaces are dusty. This didn’t bother us much. The location was a short drive to multiple ski areas and to shopping. We would happily stay here again.

Great Location

Spacious. We had 6 adults and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Having two master suits is a real plus. Management company was very responsive to questions. Very convenient location - away from PC congestion (especially in the afternoons) and close to grocery, ski rental, state liquor store, franchise restaurants, other normal shopping needs. Furniture and appliances were in good condition and well-stocked with kitchen utensils. Nice garage with direct entry to the unit - very nice when it's snowing. We would stay here again.

Very disappointed with the property

This rental was seriously in need of repair. Most could probably put up with the dilapidated property for a day or two if you planned to be out most of the time; like ski season. We were very disappointed and moved to a better property as soon as we could. Management did what they could and were very responsive.

Hot & Noisy

Hot and Noisy. Both Split units upstairs do not work. Out of coolant or need serviced. Had to sleep with window open and road noise was pretty loud. House is showing it's age, furniture was not comfortable and they must have freshly varnished the kitchen table, smell was pretty strong. Peeling wallpaper and poor caulking jobs in the showers.

Great location

Easy to get to from SLC airport and an easy trip to ski mountains, grocery, restaurants, etc. Nice to have 2 living areas.

Great location.

Great location for a girls weekend. Property offers plenty of space. Near great shopping and entertainment. The house is in need of a good cleaning.
