Guests will access every part of the Apartment including the deck and BBQ in the very large and spacious yard.
There is a 2 car parking pad accessed via the back alley road

Other Things to Note:
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
Interaction with Guests:
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $250 TO BE COLLECTED FROM GUEST UPON ARRIVAL
No walking with shoes in the house, this helps to keep our floor in good shape.
Dishes should be washed after use.
-No smoking (Fines of $250 charged to Guest)
- No Incense of any sort (Fines of $250 charged to Guest)
- No Pets
- No parties or events allowed.
No Shoes allowed on carpet in the apartment. All shoes to be kept in shoe tray by doorway.
