Welcome to the Smokestack River House!
This luxury riverfront property boasts panoramic views of the Deschutes River and the Old Mill District. Step out to the river trail/bike path for a short walk or ride to the shops at the Old Mill and the Hayden Homes amphitheater or simply enjoy the scenic trail along the river.
This three story home features upscale furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless appliances, a gas fireplace in the living room, and a beautiful patio equipped with seating and a BBQ so you can enjoy dinner in the heart of Bend with a beautiful view of the river.
The Smokestack River House has three suites, three bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect location for couples or even groups to come and stay! One suite is located on the lower level with its own private TV room, wet bar and riverfront patio. The master suite with a gloriously large bathroom and second guest suite are located on the upper level.
Grab a kayak, paddle board or inner tube and step right outside to float the river or hop on a cruiser bike and ride through the beautiful Old Mill District neighborhoods. Downtown Bend filled with its many shops, restaurants, and breweries is also just a short bike ride or drive away.
If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, the Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is an easy 25 minute drive from Bend. This mountain is a blast, with a wide variety of biking trails in the warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding options in the winter, Mount Bachelor is a highly enjoyable destination.

It is an amazing property! Beautiful views of the river. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee with the lovely Fire Pit walking distance to old Mill, which made Driving not a necessity.

Loved it! Beautiful location and a the house was perfect for our needs. The downstairs living area was great for my teenage boys. They also loved being able to walk into the old mill district. It was an easy drive minute walk and felt so safe. Bend was gorgeous and we had a great long weekend in town.

Great location with everything you need within walking distance. Clean and well appointed this place is perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous house and location
This was a perfect spot for our first time visiting Bend. The river is beautiful, tons of walking opportunities and places to visit. We loved walking around Old Mill and downtown. I would absolutely stay here again.

Business getaway and retreat
We’ve been here 3 times and it’s always relaxing, beautiful and fun. The setting is awesome, right on the river. We cook all meals at the house because you don’t want to leave.

Old Mill get away
Love the view of the river. The location is perfect. Easy access to the walking trail along the river. Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths allowed us each space to relax.

Spring Break
What a great property and a great place to be for our spring break. We were so enamored with the location, the comfort of the beds and the great surprise of finding a bike for my son who had outgrown his. 10/10 would book again!

We are honored to be caring for this spectacular home! The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere! This home is right on the river with speculator views , a great open layout that is perfect for families and friends. There is a quiet patio on each level with a gas grill. We love the easy access to mountain bike trails, and all of the out door adventures that Central Oregon has to offer.

Aside from the fantastic location, the home itself is absolutely gorgeous. With lots of windows providing plenty of natural sunlight and river views. Take a stroll down the River Trail for a fabulous dinner in the Old Mill District or catch a concert at the Les Schwab amphitheater. This home provides so many wonderful opportunities to enjoy in our beautiful city in Bend, Oregon.
