We loved this condo! It is in a great location and it was such a comfortable, relaxing place. Everything is clean, the check in process was seamless and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The pool situation is a bit of a pain because you have to go somewhere else to get the pass to enter the pool that was right acroas the street, but the pool was very nice. Every time we had a question, it was answered quickly. Will come back!

Somewhat disappointed. Condo is in need of maintenance. Carpet dirty, no kitchen cabinet storage for food, bottom bins of fridge broken. Shower door off track in one bathroom. Windows & blinds dirty. Upstairs bedroom is very cramped. Dresser/chest is too large for the room.

Very disappointed in Thousand Hills Management, they’re very quick with texting 2,3 times daily trying to sell you tickets. We had 3 coffee mugs for 6 adults, the first day I asked if they could send more mugs, of course it’ll be there in the morning and no mugs. I called daily and told the same, but every morning no mugs. Poorly stocked kitchen, shower door falling off the hinges, some loud popping noise from the bathroom fan, good luck sleeping, the bed frames in all rooms sound like they’re falling a part.Try it, I promise you will be appointed.Thousand Hills has lost its appeal!!Now Thousand Hill will reply with to this review some useless statement apologizing for our stay but nothing will change!

Everything was pretty accurate, It was a little confusing on trying to find our actual unit after leaving the club house. Once we located it life was good! :) Very good location to the main strip.

Very clean, spacious condo within walking distance of shops, restaurants and mini golf. 10 to 15 minutes away from many show venues. Great stay. Highly recommended.

The property was amazing; however, we reported three issues and they were never corrected or followed up on. When reporting the issues the person asked if the issues could be worked on when we were not at the property and none of the issues were worked on/resolved.

Great place to stay in Branson!

We brought our grandchildren to Branson. This condo was great for all of us to stay and enjoy.

Beautiful exterior and surface cleaned inside. Spacious and comfortable accommodations. A good real cleaning would benefit. Above doors and walls in bathroom and most room lots of lint cobwebs etc that just could be done. Sun room wonderful bonus room and a true blessing to find. Jet tub advertises but jet is not able to be turned on or drain to stop to take a bath. Would return for a better price. Pool very cold when it was really hot outside so very uncomfortable

Family Trip to Branson

The property was as described and we enjoyed our stay. The check out procedure was easy, did not require a ton of cleanup as other rentals do. The location was amazing. The only downsides to the trip there were no key cards to use the outdoor pools and the condo was 85F when we arrived late (11pm) and it took hours to cool it to a comfortable temperature. Overall I would recommend this location.

Upon arriving, you don’t get any directions on where to go. I looked at the reservation for 5 minutes trying to find a building number. The top only says Legacy 7-7. Finally we figured it was bldg 7, condo 7. Once we got in, we noticed cobwebs, the air vents were Filthy. The brown carpet definitely needs replaced, and every time we walked from the living room to the kitchen it felt and sounded like we would eventually fall thru. Half our party didn’t get there until 930pm so a decent first day. We went shopping all day Saturday. We come home around 9pm… my niece showers upstairs, uses the sink and she went to borrow some lotion from my room I was sharing with my 7 year old and there is water coming from the ceiling!! All into my suitcase!! We called maintenance. They said they would send someone. We waited up until 11:15 pm apparently someone said it was fixed but never came in the unit or told us. Next morning SAME problem but worse. Diff people come to fix it.. we now can’t use top bathroom which my pregnant niece is using. We all take a nap and wake up to no air conditioner.That take hours to have someone come and get it cooled down. We sat outside on the kitchen chairs because there was no front patio furniture. Two days of texting , calling and dealing with this to get one free night. We paid 725 for 3 nights and we got 159 back. I just beat cancer & this was to be a very chill trip to get away from chaos. I spent two of three days in pure chaos

Recent stay

Overall, the property was nice and as represented. The only real issue was the master bedroom bed frame. It was "unstable" enough that even if you just leaned against it, there was a very loud creaking sound (enough to wake). I am not a large person but it was loud any time I moved in the bed - perhaps it needs to be tightened.

The management of Thousand Hills was excellent. The owner of the unit has to step up with repairs. There were many items needing repair: ceiling fan in one bedroom not working, a very squeaky bed in Master bedroom, cupboard door that didn’t shut, stains in the carpet, microwave light was out, and broken molding on the kitchen island. I noticed the squeaky bed on a previous review and had asked management if it was repaired. They said maintenance had worked on it. They sent maintenance over the day after I reported the issues. The guy said the bed needed to be handled by the owner because he couldn’t repair it. The box springs itself was very squeaky and the entire bed frame was very wobbly and squeaky. If the owner does not replace this bed and the ceiling fan, I would not stay there. The condo is in a nice location and the view of the golf course is very nice, but there were too many repair issues. Management gave our group free pizza and wine tasting for our troubles. They were very responsive.

Size of condo fit well for 4 people. Overall nice property with a little TLC. Dust high places like ceiling fans and exhaust fans as well as high shelves with decor. Master bed sqeaks 2

unit review

Overall the unit was as advertised. The bedrooms were very small. Also, the ceiling fan in the sunroom was not working and there was no air in that room. We brought a floor fan in from a bedroom closet but the sunroom was still quite hot. The rest of the condo temperature was acceptable. It got a little warm but the heat index as over 100 every day. The kitchen was well stocked. I recommend bringing a dish cloth (2 dish towels were provided) or a dish brush.

Good property

Condo is great, a lot of room for 4 of us. Master bed feels like it might fall apart, or it's very wobbly. Overall tho it was great.

Excellent stay

Beautiful property and condo. We had a party of 7 and we had enough room to interact and get ready in the morning. Very clean and nice amenities. I would recommend this condo and will stay here in the future.

Pleasant accommodations.

The property was nicer than we anticipated. Plenty of space for 6 people. The 3 bathrooms were appreciated. Spacious and well stocked kitchen was a plus.
